I attended an introductory workshop to photography with Neil, and it was absolutely great. I have been practicing photography for a while but never really had a grasp on the technical aspect of operating a professional camera. Neil introduced me to the basics of a camera in a really simple way that's easy to understand, and everything began to make sense for me with my background knowledge. He took the time to break down all the concepts and answered all the questions I had in a very professional and knowledgeable way. We also applied some of the concepts immediately during the workshop which helps clarify points more. He has so much information and knowledge to offer that the 2 hours were barely enough, and I look forward to attending future workshops with him.

Summer shoot with Neil Pho
Neil is such a kind and talented photographer. We did 4 outfits in Alexandra Park, London. The shoot lasted 4 hours but left like just 1 hour! I had such a fun day out and really enjoyed every minute. Neil was great with ideas and accommodating to any suggestions. After the shoot I was given all the unedited photos and received 12 photos edited to the higher of standards. I would 100% recommend applying to a TFP with Neil, it was definitely one of my favourites so far.

I recently had a great outdoor shoot with Neil - he is easy to get along with, professional and good at giving prompts and direction to get the best shots possible. Communication both before and after the shoot was top notch, too! I would recommend and happily work with Neil again.

Neil is professional and fun with great ideas and a good eye for detail. He is creative and passionate about what he does. I highly recommend and would like to shoot with him again.

Neil is a great photographer, he gave me good directions, knew great spots, and good energy to work with. The pictures without retouch already look pretty good!

I asked him if he could organise a photoshoot for me and Neil promptly responded to my query. The photoshoot was very professional and I really enjoyed my time. Indeed, Neil is an amazing photographer and also a very nice and genuine person, I am so happy with the result of his work!

I had an outdoor photoshoot with Neil and his professionalism stood out from the moment we met. He made me feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, he is respectful in terms of outfit changes, he gave very good and clear direction and the photos turned out amazing. Truly such an enjoyable experience, even the parts in-between the shots! Would love to work with him again in the future.

Neil is an excellent teacher. He covered all the technical basics, more advanced tips, the fundamentals of portrait photography and different ideas for composition, with exercises for each. I'll be back for his next workshop!
