Needing a visit for my neff kitchen…
Needing a visit for my neff kitchen appliance I called the helpline to book an engineer which was efficiently health with. Evening before planned visit I got a message confirming visit and giving approx time. Next day about 20mins before time of visit I received a call to say engineer would be with me shortly...which he was and problem was resolved with no drama. This is not the first time I have experience this great service from Neff as all except 2(which are miele)of my kitchen appliances are that brand and I have without fail (admittedly rarely needed) the same exceptional service.
