Don't buy .....Bad Experience
We bought a very expensive Neff oven with Harvey Norman in Naas Ireland. After 3 weeks of use every shelf and rack has turned a gold color in our brand new oven. It looks like it's 10 years old. We used it maybe 8 times at most.
We contacted Neff spare parts team by email and sent them photos of the shelves and asked for replacements to be sent out, they said they need to send and engineer out to look at the shelves, I already sent them photos as requested.
With the busy Xmas season coming up we can't be without an oven or the shelfs and it would be better if Neff could ship me new parts and I could ship them back the faulty ones.

Fantastic customer service. My dishwasher was malfunctioning and contacted their customer service. Within 3 days I had a service engineer on site who ordered the necessary parts and machine was back in action within a week.
