Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I tried to return an item that did not fit. I got no response to numerous emails and phone calls. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Great company to deal with, I had a problem with the first hawaiian shirt, just sent them a pic and two weeks later got the new one. Customer service is great, would buy more next time

I just have to rave about this

I just have to rave about this! I totally scored with this shirt for father's day it's getting a 10/10 from me. Honestly though, the communication from amy was the icing on the cake; so funny and personal!! It feels so good to find a small business that just gets everything right.. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, no question :)

So far I'm not impressed.

So far, it's not great. I ordered a dress online on September 1. It arrived the week of September 23, not sure what day. I did not expect much for the low price but I only needed the dress one day for a costume party so it didn't need to be couture if you know what I mean. Well, when it arrived, the fabric was not 100% stretch polyester like advertised but a very stiff plastic-feeling material like you would find on a cheap umbrella. Then when I tried it on, despite careful measuring, it was too tight in the arms and the zipper would not close over my rib cage. So on September 25 I followed the directions on their website to request a refund and it's been six days and so far it's crickets....

Update: Still no response as of October 15 and two reminders. I’m just writing this off as a loss and a lesson.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. Color is wrong.I received a pastel pink rather then the brown as advertised. Customer service took days to respond to my emails. I requested a full refund per there return policy and they would only give me $9.50 back rather than giving my full amount of money as stated in their refund policy. I'd give 0 stars if possible

Don’t buy from this company!!!

The company lies and I would recommend not ordering from them. They advertise on the website a US address however all orders are coming from China. It took over 20 plus days to get my shirts which don’t fit because they aren’t a normal 3XL. I have order plenty of 3XL shirts from other companies and they have all fit great. It is one of the many reasons why I don’t order from companies in China or from China. The next part of this is if I want a refund, I have to return the item to the China address that they will provide so it makes it financially not worth complaining or returning the items because it will cost more than the shirts. They are scammers and I would recommend that you not buy anything from this company. When I reached out to their customer service, I found them very lacking in customer service. Buyer beware!!!!

9/27/2022 Update
I received a reply that I could go through their customer service to get a refund. I had originally contacted their customer service about the order taking so long. When I finally got the order, I used the exact same open ticket that I had with them to advised them that the shirts were too small and I would like a refund. I was advised to open another ticket for the refund as they couldn't help me on the open ticket. I find this appalling and now they have stated that they haven't heard from me. Hence, not only being a bad company to do business with that they lie about receiving notifications. Please don't use this company!!!
