I am experiencing a serious issue with withdrawals on Neemex.

On March 6, 2026, I attempted to withdraw approximately 2,700 USD via bank transfer. However, due to a contradiction in the system (minimum withdrawal 115 USD, maximum 100 USD), I am unable to complete any withdrawal.

Neemex support has acknowledged that this is a system error, yet no solution has been provided for over two weeks. Instead, I was asked to upgrade to a Premium account to withdraw my own money.

I do not accept paying extra to access my own funds. This situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability.

I request an immediate resolution and full withdrawal of my balance without any additional conditions.
