This company is dreadful!

This company is dreadful, I ordered 2 rucksacks back in October 2022 and it never arrived! I emailed the company over a dozen times and I didn’t get as a response from them. I would never order anything from this company ever again. Completely unreliable! In fact one star is too much for them! The post office informed me that despite giving them the delivery address, they wrote the delivery address incorrectly! The parcel was returned back to them!
