New customer

We are only on our 2nd ink cartridge but so far so good. The ink arrives in a timely manner. We have had no issues with the ink, blocks, etc.

It's been great to date

It's been great to date. Noticed your shipment, like many others, is passed on to USPS early in it's route which always causes some concerns. Also noticed my small printer now registered a comment on it's screen, "a used Canon cartridge was inserted in the printer". Their sales office commented that Canon does not have any "rejection" activities initiated by your products.
