Quick and easy! Ordered a replacement base for my seat and had it delivered in 2 days.

I got this chair for my partner who works remote and he absolutely loves the chair. It became his office and gaming chair so he spends close to 16 hours a day in the chair and has been very comfortable for him for these past few months. The only reason he gives it a 4/5 is for the assembly which is definitely a 2 person job, no easy feat. However once you get past that no complaints, like I said he loves the chair.

The chair, the upgraded arm rests, and most of all the custom stitched logo are top notch. Did a custom logo on the front and back and they are perfect.

I can't believe how good it all came out. Worth every penny and blows away the quality of my old secret lab titan.

This chair has been a godsend for my gaming needs. Gone are the days of gaming sitting in a small, wooden chair with no pillows or cushions. The customer support team was very professional and quick to answer any questions I had. Great experience overall.

The XL seat with tall cylinder is fantastic. Perfect height adjustment for my desk, comfortable, roomy, all the options with arm rest, very sturdy feeling, safe getting when 6'2" 285 leans back in it. Getting seat back attached was slightly difficult lining up bolts, side covers don't quite fit as nice as I'd want and the screw is to long. It's a tad hard on the seating and the lumbar pillow is no use behind the back but I would but another one in a heartbeat. Fantastic product.

Need for Seat is an EXCELLENT company that does phenomenal quality custom work! They have many different styles of office furniture to choose from and will work closely with you to make sure your company logo is exactly how you want it! They are prompt with responses, courteous, and very professional. I called at least five other companies, and they didn’t even come close to the customer service or capabilities of Need for Seat. They definitely get a thumbs up from me!

I have a maxnomic seat that I got from my boyfriend years ago. We had to replace some parts because the base ended up breaking, but the quality of everything sent has been amazing and it feels like im in a new chair!!!

The chair is amazing, feels great. Feels like it’s made out of durable materials and is aesthetically pleasing. My original package was lost and never made it to me. But needforseat was fantastic and professional along the way. They quickly sent out a replacement, and made sure it got to me.

Great products, this is my third Maxnomic seat; my wife and I use two for our office desks, this is my chair at my painting/hobby desk.
Two issues, both related to the fact that I did not get exactly the chair I thought I had ordered:
1. (Very minor) I tried to choose a black embroidery, but it didn't seem to be available. I don't hate the orange(!) stitching, but it's a bit garish.
2. (MUCH more important) My other two chairs have a leather-type upholstery. This newest one came in a soft leather/faux suede. Again, this would not be a problem, except that AFTYER it was fully assembled and at my painting desk in front of a big window, I saw the note that it should not be put in direct sunlight! I am not so much of a gamer that I do not welcome direct sunlight into my workspace, ESPECIALLY when I am painting! If you folks make a cover or sunscreen "sock" for the chair, I'd appreciate your sending it to me. I never saw any mention of possible sun damage on the website.

I searched everywhere on the internet for a Reclining Mechanism for my Gaming Chair which was stripped out and was unable to find one until I did a Google Search with their filter for "smaller companies" and found NeedforSeat. This is the hinged mechanism attached to the side and back of the seat that allows the seat back to move to different reclined positions by raising the attached handle. It appeared they had the part I needed and their Sales team answered the questions I had about it in email on a Sunday evening which really impressed me. I ordered the part Sunday evening and on Monday morning had some additional questions about it and they got back to me via email again just as quickly. It was shipped out afterwards and was received on Tuesday. The new part appears to be much stronger and designed better. It is also close to ½ lb heavier than the existing one that was included with my gaming chair purchased from a different big name vendor that wore out in a few months. I am very happy my purchase and think this part will probably outlast the chair. The whole experience with NeedforSeat was outstanding and I recommend them if you are looking for quality replacement parts for your gaming chair.

We reached out to quote to order a Special Gaming Chair for our son's birthday. He likes Gaming, Pokémon, some coding and being comfortable. We requested Custom Embroidered Pro-Chief TBE with his favorite art and tag on front and back of the chair. Within minutes we received a mockup of the chair with the designs properly adjusted. It was beautiful, so we immediately placed the order. They kept us updated with the process and shipping all the way. When it arrived we had our son unbox it himself. The face of surprise and happiness on him was awesome and asserted it was a perfect gift for him. The build, the materials, the attention to details on the chair are excellent and make the chair feel firm, strong and not flimsy or cheap at all. The stitching, the definition and color matching of the embroidery against the design we provided to them was on par. We will definitely order a few more for our other children and ourselves. Thank you for such a great product and support.

First off, Maxnomic is rather persistent with the post-purchase review reminders; But then again, if I want to talk about my new chair, I suppose the manufacturer and potential customers are a engaged audience.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchasing decision. I spent ~$600 USD after tax, shipping, and a couple options. The chair is very comfortable, with firm but forgiving cushioning.

I'm 6'0" and ~180lbs and have a 32" inseam, which means my torso is rather long. I find the headrest to be tall enough, but not necessarily tall enough to comfortably use the neck pillow in some positions. I also find the piston's lowest position to be a little high, but I also have a sit/stand desk, so a foot rest solved that problem.

I'd give it 5 stars except for the voice in the back of my head telling me I'm still not as comfortable as I should be. That might go away after a visit to the chiropractor though, my last chair was pretty bad...
