Scammers
You will get ripped from the very first day. They will try to scam you out of your deposit and they will try to extra charge you throughout the tenancy. The staff is completely useless and very unprofessional. The response time is absolutely ridiculous from this company.
Do no expect your deposit to be paid back and good luck getting scammed by them during the registration process too! They will scam from the very first day until the last while you are their "precious" customer.

The worst, just a rip off
The worst I'v ever dealt with, they show on their site that the apartment is available for students but they always reject you no matter what, I called and asked if my profile is good and they confirmed that it is but still got rejected for the same reason.

Do not pay for the account
Do not pay for the account! Before paying I read the description of all their available properties in Arnhem, some of them say that it's available for students to rent, so thats why I paid to make an account. But after paying, all of my requests were turned down saying i dont meet the requirements, which is that I am a student.

Very unprofessional rental company
Very unprofessional and incompetent rental company. I wanted to rent an apartment where my friend was living. He recommended me as the new tenant in his cancellation. I was trying to call them up everyday to follow up the process. And still they deliberately sidelined me, did not keep me in the loop about the process, and chose another tenant for the place. Even though I met all their requirements. Despite efforts from both me and my friend, they intentionally did not give me a fair chance. Please do not rent an apartment through them.

Rubbish service
Its now 4 wks with no under floor heating in my apartment and nothing has been done even though i call constantly. And whats even worse is i got an email from them telling me the issue has been fixed and have a happy xmas. Nothing has changed!!! Rubbish service.
