I bought the nubula one for my sons for xmas, but they didn't like it, said they got nothing from it and it was a waste of their herb, and wouldn't have used it again. so would have been a total waste of money.
I purchased via Amazon but thought I would contact nebula for any advice first before returning it.
To my surprise Nebula offered to send me 2 different, slightly more expensive replacement models instead (Fuzion) at no extra cost to see if they like them better.
So regardless of the product, even if the replacement is no good, they get 5 stars from me for amazing customer service as it is so rare to even get good customer service these days, let alone great.
