Terrible customer support.
Terrible wait times.
Terrible refund policy.

It's been a ride trying to get a refund. I ordered this product 2 years ago, after multiple attempts to get a refund throughout these 2 years, everytime they said "your order is on the next shipment"
I told them I moved addresses 3 weeks before it sent, but they closed that support ticket, and sent it to the wrong address anyways.
They are now saying that if I don't claim the package, I won't have the product or my refund.

Almost a 2 year wait for the discontinued NEBRA miner.
No consumer protection anymore large companies are above the law. The court system in the UK is a joke.

When I asked for a refund it was past the 60 days and had to wait 2 years to get it. Also poor customer service, any time I would contact them about it they kept saying it shipped and that went on for over a year.

It took two years for my order to be delivered. What more is there to say?

you just sent me the miners i purchased 2 years ago. TI waited 2 years for them and now I have no use for them. they are outdated. They worth nothing. ripoff company. i want my money back

Delivered miners after 2 years since ordered. Lol. No compensation, no refund, no nothing.

Company took 2 years to mail out a now obsolete product. Refused to cancel my order and accept a return.

it took almost 2 years to fulfill my order, in that time the HNT NW changed and it will take decades for me to break even on these devices were-as at the time of the order being place it would have taken a few months.

2 years late. Refused refunds multiple times as "was already being delivered" apparently thats a year long delivery time...

Refuse to follow uk legislation when it comes to drop distance selling and refunds. Had to take them to claims court to get my money back. Check out their reviews on Google. Hundreds of complaints

Hard to use when received and it took two plus years to get and they wouldn’t process a refund so your stuck waiting…

Terrible customer service. Received items about 2 years later from purchase date. Requested a refund before the items were shipped and was denied.

This is fraudulent company. Product was ordered 2 years ago and only now they delivered order with different product. ( not what I ordered.) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I had to urge my order for two years. for two years I received answers that it would be sent in a month, that it had already been sent, but none of it was true. you didn't want to return the money and kept lying and making promises. I have never seen anything so terrible.

I ordered this 2 years ago. Little late now!
