Emergency Carpet Rescue Hero - so good I called them twice in 2 months.
Neat Carpet Cleaning have come to my rescue twice in the last couple of months, both times for emergencies that would make most people run the other way.
First, was to remove some nasty vomit stains from the landing and second bedroom.
Second, was after my dog became sick and had a rather… explosive episode.
Both times, Jamie came out after hours without hesitation.
What an absolute legend.
Calm and professional, he diligently made the chaos disappear.
Treated the stains, removed the smells, and left the carpet looking so good, even I didn’t want to walk on it after.
