I have bought 3 Garmin mounts from them for my bikes and all of them arrived quickly, and the products work seamlessly. I am glad they provide a solution Garmin seems incapable to, and elegantly too. Kudos to them!

The quality is nothing less than 5 stars, customer service is superb with staff that understand the client’s need and their prices are cost effective and reasonable for every cyclist around the world. nice quality product , fit really well on the bike. I have that support on my 3 bike i switch with the race numer plate and thé varia.

If you have a cool bike, you obviously want your devices mounted "neatly" to that bike. This mounting device from Neat products really does that. With a silky smooth perfect fit on my seat post. My Garmin Varia is now attached to my bike,

My review must necessarily be divided into two parts: one regarding the product itself and the other regarding the shipping. So... First of all, the product is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! Well built, with excellent materials and a nearly perfect fit. I mounted it in 10 seconds and it is perfectly secured, stable and solid. The Garmin Varia mount also fits perfectly, with no play or movement. So, the product gets a 100% thumbs up!! Shipping is a whole other story... ONE MONTH to get the part from Denmark to Italy is simply UNACCEPTABLE!! Even if you choose the economy shipping option (which isn't exactly "economical", considering it cost me €6.50 for a 10-gram bag!!). I STRONGLY suggest that Neat Components review their shipping policy and ABSOLUTELY AVOID Poste Italiane's service, which is TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, SLOW, and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So 4 out of 5 stars for shipping bugs... Thanks

Mount was easy to fit, and no problems with securing my Garmin.

My S-Works Sl7 seat post mount broke after 4 rides. Too thin to last, but after a mail the same day they sends a new one and this was a thicker 3D printed version. Me Happy !!!

Seat mount for Garmin is meant for seat post, not seat tube. This was not well described in the listing. When I was unable to secure the mount to the seat tube, I requested a return. I was informed via email that the cost of shipping didn't warrant a return and that hardware could not be returned.... should that have also been disclosed? If no return was even possible a good customer experience would have been a refund.

Product with a good quality (Garmin Varia support + race number support). Delivery a little bit long but probably due to french postal service...

The Cervelo S5 mount I ordered for my bike doesn't fit properly on the seatpost, and the light isn't aligned properly.
The included screws are of extremely poor quality.
When I contacted them, they said I could return it.
The return shipping costs almost as much as the item itself.
If the item wasn't delivered correctly, the seller must replace it free of charge or refund it.
Definitely not recommended.

ordered a mount based on the Isaac Boson option listed on the website. Unfortunately, it did not fit and had to be returned. It is regrettable that the return, in this case from the Netherlands, incurred additional costs (€12). It might be helpful to include the dimensions of the mount on the website, if possible, as this could help prevent incorrect purchases in the future.

I ve ordered Garmin Varia mounts for Scott foil, Merida reacto and Factor Slick - all of them fit perfectly. Varias hold firm and stable. Make sure you order the right fit for your bike type/saddle and you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a Garmin Varia mount for my Canyon Speedmax thinking it would fit on the frame below my seat post because I have a rear bottle mount on my seat post. It did not fit. When I contacted customer support to return the product they said that they cannot accept returns outside of Europe and that shipping would cost more than the refund. Their shipping cost was $8 so I'm not sure why I couldn't ship it back for the same. Now I have a useless $68CAD piece of plastic. Do not purchase if you have a rear bottle mount and think this might stretch over the frame.

great product. improved my BMC Roadmachine 01 look with a perfect matching support for my Garmin Varia RCT (Camera) which is heavier and require other adapters (that look very bulky).
