Nearly New Cashmere is a brand I discovered this past year. Since then, I have purchased a couple of jumpers and a scarf from them. Each time my delivery is prompt and the quality of the pieces is excellent. The Cashmere is restored to a brilliant like new condition and the price is very reasonable. I also love the try on videos/live streams that are posted to instagram. They are really helpful to see how a piece looks on someone and to discover things that are on the website that I previously missed.

I bought a couple of the cashmere wraps in orange and dark grey just before Christmas.
I wear them as scarves and LOVE them. I had previously bought one in light grey and Inew the quality was excellent and the size is perfect for a chunky scarf.

Bought a jumper, cardigan and neck warmer in one order. Fast delivery and excellent quality cashmere. It’s difficult to remember this is preloved clothing when it is this good

I have bought several nearly new items, new scottish items, for both me or gifts. All are great quality, delivered quickly and as described. Cant fault. I have also returned a couple of bits that just didnt suit me, again cant fault 10/10.

A small company based in North Yorkshire which really punches above its weight. The products (mostly lovely cashmere jumpers and cardigans) are always accurately described, fit well according to the type of garment and delivery is quick and efficient. I have bought several cashmere jumpers from NNC over the years and still enjoy wearing them. Highly recommended.

I purchased 2 Hermes scarves from Nearly New Cashmere and both arrived timely to the USA and as described. I kept one and returned the other. The return process was seamless and my card was immediately refunded. I would highly recommend them for an all around fantastic online experience.

I have made several silk scarf purchases and have had an amazing experience each time. Their customer service is top notch including online chat and quick responses to emails. The scarves are beautifully cleaned and described perfectly so you know exactly what you are getting. Twice I watched the scarf preview a few days ahead of the release and was able to purchase the exact scarf I had my eye on. I also just acquired enough buttons from their reward system to earn myself one of the cashmere shavers as an extra free bonus. Love Nearly New Cashmere.

Great customer service! I’m in Canada so I’ve only ever ordered on line from NNC. Their size guide has made it so easy to get the right size so I feel confident in buying without trying on. When an order did get lost with FedEx, the staff at NNC were right on it, refunding me and assuming responsibility even though it was a FedEX error. Everything they sell is great quality at excellent prices and I can’t wait to visit the shop when I’m in England next. A genuine female founded small business that is worth supporting :)

I ordered a silk scarf to be shipped to the US, it arrived so quickly I was astounded I was not expecting it. It was boxed beautifully in the original box which I also was not expecting as I did not fully read the description as the vintage silk scarf was so incredibly beautiful.

I have used another pre loved Cashmere site for years but since they were bought out by a bigger company they have seriously gone down. Nearly New Cashmere however is amazing. The quality of their items is great and their postage is next day. They also have a loyalty scheme too. I will definitely be buying more from them in the New Year

I have bought new and nearly new from this wonderful company. The new cashmere wraps were gorgeous and very well priced, and the second-hand designer silk scarf was just beautiful and in perfect condition for a fraction of what it would cost new. Very speedy shipping from UK to Canada too!
