Received a roofing proposal/quote with signature execution request. Wife and I executed proposal and salesperson failed to honor the quote provided because the quoted proposal was not exactly legitimate unless 2 or more owners in community (townhome) utilized services. This contingency was not relayed initially. Moreover, why send a contract to be executed? Sadly, this method appears par for the course with some roofing companies in this area; that a salesperson sends a quote or proposal for execution (docusign), then states there are other variables before proceeding (resulting in higher cost that what initially quoted). Unfortunately, this appears to be a tactic to "hook" a sale and switch. Be warned.
