Fast delivery of my favourit sports nutrition. I use it as Bars, Gels and Drinks for all typs of sports ( Running, cycling, skitouring, mountaineering) and it works Great.

I recently had my first experience with Nduranz, and I’m genuinely impressed.

After receiving my order, I noticed an issue with the packaging (the ziplock seal was detached). I reached out to customer service, and the support I received was outstanding. The response was quick, friendly, and solution-oriented. They handled the situation professionally and resolved everything smoothly without any hassle.

It’s rare to see such a high level of customer care, especially for a first-time customer. This definitely gives me confidence in the brand, and I’ll be placing another order soon.

Great products are important, but great customer service makes all the difference — and Nduranz clearly delivers on both.

I've tried a lot of different products and none sit so exceptionally well on my stomach while running as Nduranz. I love the choice of flavours and various different products, my favourite are 45 and 22.5 gels and bars. The nutrition has really made a difference in my running.

New packaging is very good. Limited flavors of Nrgy Drink 90 are all very nice so having some for permanent is very good. No stock of some other products (gel bottle) for quite some time.

For athletes aiming to go beyond ~90 g CHO/h while carrying as little packaging as possible, things get tricky because of the sodium load in their highest-carb gel. For example, taking more than three 45 g gels gives you 135 g of carbs — which is great — but at the same time it pushes sodium intake above 1,300 mg (each gel contains ~460 mg Na). For many athletes, that’s simply too much sodium per hour and increases the risk of GI distress.

As it stands, this makes the gels more suited for amateurs. Top-level professionals regularly fuel above 120 g CHO/h, and the current formulation doesn’t scale well for that use. Since amateurs often copy what pros consume, not making the product scalable for both ends of the spectrum is, in my view, the main limitation of the brand.

That said, product quality is excellent, absorption is smooth, and the science-first approach remains a strong differentiator.

The science behind the gels give me a lot of trust. Also the guidelines about carbloading and fueling are very helpful and reassuring

Pushed 120g/h with minor discomfort

First time trying Nduranz products.
I found both the gels and the isotonic drink very unpleasant in taste-almost aggressive. While using them, I felt unwell and nauseous. Additionally, the energy drink did not mix smoothly.

Great products and great taste. As a Type 1 diabetic I am always looking at a great source of carbohydrates during training. I found the Energy Gel 45 a great gel for me to fuel well.

I order regularly Nduranz products (gels, energy bars, drink). Products are tasty, quality is very good and price excellent. Very well recommended
