Poor Customer Service – Beware

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company’s customer service. I made a deposit that has not been reflected in my account, and for two days, I have been trying every method of contact listed on their website with no success.
• Emails: I sent multiple emails and received no response.
• Phone Support: Their support number has been busy all day, every day.
• Online Chat: The chat function consistently says no one is available to help.

Despite following all the contact options they claim to offer, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance.

I suspect that if this review gets a response, it will include an apology and a suggestion to contact them at their feedback email which I have already done multiple times with no response.

If you ever need to resolve an issue or speak to their customer service, beware—you may find it impossible. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I would caution others to think twice before relying on this company.

I have made a wire transaction of 21,500 CAD and all of a sudden NDAX decided to put restriction on my account. Now they are not answering.
poor service, seems like a fraud.

I made you etranfer to my NDAX account from my Canadian bank dated Dec 12 and Dec 15th,2024. The money till now has not shown in my account.
1. I missed great opportunity to buy few coins at a 30% dip?
2. Where is my Money ????
3. Who is responsible for the loss I have incurred .

These guys are controlled by the regulatory I must raise a concern about this situation as I have seen many other people have similar issues

I would recommend against using this platform. I used it briefly and could not put on trades because it would always say "insufficient funds" even though I had plenty of money in my accounts to cover the trade. When transferring crypto back out to external wallets the fees were very high. Greater than $50 to send $170 in crypto. When placing the transfer they will email saying "they have placed transfer under manual review". It is one of those platforms who make it seem as though they have your safety in mind, but always looking to skim off the top and make excuses as to why they cant send your money under the guise that they have your best interest in mind. Easy to receive money though. Funny how that happens.

Ndax does not allow me to withdraw my cryptocurrency. Not sure why because they allowed my son to withdraw his.

Below is the email I received from them:

"As we discussed when you opened your account, cryptocurrency withdrawals are not permitted. However, you can engage in internal trading and withdraw funds back to your bank account.

Ndax has frozen my account where I cannot withdraw. I have reached out to them and they claim they had to call me to verify some info. It’s been over 2 weeks and no call. I have reached out to them MULTIPLE times and they claimed they have call, which it’s impossible because i answered every single call coming in so i can get this fixed. Iv asked them to give me contact number to call them but they just ignored it and keeps saying when’s the best time to call when they DONT call.

This company sucks, please dont put your money on this company. They will lock your money and you will not be able to get it back. I have money with them and there is no way to contact them. they dont answer chat, phone calls, emails.

Terrible platform. I've had access to this platform for 3 months and have not been able to complete a transaction without reaching out to support. They accept USD deposits, but will not allow you to do anything with the USD once it's in your account. Customer service is incredibly slow.

Great support team and help with any problem I've ever had. The app and website are both very informative, and easy enough to use.

Fast responses for any questions. If you want to know about crypto, ask it to NDAX. Most of top market cap crypto is available to trade. Transfer fee is very cheap to transfer MetaMask.(Etherum and BNB both possible)

I wish there was zero stars because even 1 is too much for them.

I believe this is a complete scam, I deposited a substantial amount about two weeks ago, as soon as the money was converted to BTC they automatically blocked my Crypto withdrawals option and since then I am trying to reach them.

Their line is always off or busy and the chat bot on the website never gets you to speak with a real person.

I sent tons of emails, they once told me they will call at a certain time but there was no call received and since then they just disappeared completely.

Then I tried to withdraw the money back to my bank and guess what?!?!?! I can't do even that, so they stole ALL of my money.

I already started consulting with my lawyer to report them and to start a case in court, if anyone here also got scammed by these guys please contact me so I can add you to the lawsuit and we might be able to make it a class A lawsuit.

I created an account and have 2FA. I tried to sign in and the 2FA did not send. I was offered an email 2FA code and inputted it correctly. I was prompted to a camera/microphone exercise to verify my identity, which I did. Presumably this is automated based on the visual ID reference I made when joined. It failed to authenticate me, repeatedly, though I followed the directions. Not good since XRP is climbing steadily all day and this delay is hurting my buy price. Is their process together? It seems like a good market but doing all verifications and not being authenticated multiple times is cringe.

The website and app do not work for an hour!!! no email was out to let customers know this!

My experience with Ndax over the last few years .. have been excellent.. I find them to be honest .. reliable ..and their support to be knowlegable .. and extremely helpful .. highly recomended

Blocks crypto deposits coming from non canadian exchanges and you lose your money. Avoid it at all costs, they are thieves

I am happy with Ndax. To those negative reviews - You are e-transferring money into the account, so of course it will take time (usually 1 hour or so) to show up. Just have some money in there like a bank account if you do regular transactions. Yes, they use Authenticator for security, how is that a bad thing?
I like their app, there are some things that they could improve on.
- When buying, it would be nice to know how much you can buy with the funds your have and the current stock price.

I tried few other companies they were ok most of them and one just recently which was horrible!
With my friend’s recommendation I stared using Ndax to buy crypto a month ago and I must say the service is amazing legit and customer service instant and punctual!
I highly recommend this to my friends!
