Very good comercially and looked really professional but after sale was done they did not delivered as promised. Base products are very incomplete and overcharged and the costumization work the same. They did not delivered as requested neither refunded. Do not recommend.

I would like to thank the team who worked on my project, it was a very nice experience, I learned a lot from the ream.
I was expecting lots of challenges throughout the project because it needed a good team to take care of all details, but "Bhargav Aiya" who I would like to thank personally because of the flexibility, dedication, and support he gives every time I asked for.

I have been very disappointed. We start our project on 2018 January in the frist week and its never end til today. After the paymanets they reduced the work and answerd only when i asked about any updates. One of the biggest disappointments is the customer service, when i asked them about any updates they never answerd me, only the developer responded me.
I stoped the project some weeks ago because i lost the hope to finish it. Everytime when i get update i found new errors. Spent much money for non 100% results. Too bad.

I have used there company to develop several websites. I am pleased with their work and most importantly they are always there to assist when I need help with sometime. This is especially important when running an internet company to have support available when you need it.

I've used NCrypted services for over 3 years and it's been incredibly rewarding. Their staff are all extremely profesional, work very diligently in tasks and get back to you within short time notice. Ncypted, not only gave me the opportunity to work from home, but also allows me to integrate different services they offer to my software. Like server space and email accounts hosted by them.
If something is not completed to liking, they will make sure to make it perfect to the customers need and allow you to make sure everything is to your liking. All in all, I would give them 6/5 stars! Outstanding service and will be using them for years to come. If you get the change to work with Dhvani, she has been awesome asset to my software!

Had the pleasure of working with an outstanding PM (Ritesh). Timely in what was meant to done, always willing to assist and best of all great output.

I had an idea, but was not able to execute it on my own.

I got in contact with several development companies, and one company stood out with their enthusiasm to help me achieve my idea.

I have been working with NCrypted Technologies for a couple of months, and every question, concern, and (sometimes) silly questions I had was answered quickly and professionally by the team.

Currently I am in my testing cycle, with a site launch within the next week, and not only was everything I asked for delivered, but there are some well thought out additions as well, (ie. A group function that really makes sense.)

The team carefully stepped me through the features and have been able to make any adjustments that I needed.

I have two more projects in mind for the future and I will use this company for those as well.

Would I recommend them to anyone?

I had to delay the payment for some of my personal reason and NCrypted cooperate with us so well and even didn't take any late payment fee, this is how NCrypted proved their self as a genuine and great partner. NCrypted earns our trust, and we would want to work with them again.

I first reached out to NCrypted three years ago to build a MVP for our startup. They had a clone that was close enough to what we wanted to build that we used that as a base and they customized it to meet our needs. When any development effort, there will be changes, and NCrypted was able to handle all change requests we made in a very efficient manner. After four months of development, we had a working MVP that we used as a POC to raise our first round of seed money. It would have been extremely difficult, time consuming, and expensive to try to build this on our own.

I am a very experienced software developer and know how to work with overseas help, so my experience with NCrypted was very good. I am actually engaging with them again on a new startup idea to help build another MVP for our team. I definitely recommend using them and look forward to working with the team again.

We have been working with NCrypted for years and can recommend them as a highly competent and professional team able to provide various complex and functional online solutions.
Our project manager Hitesh has an astounding capacity of multitasking as well as a kind, honest and patient personality.
They are not cheap for Indian standards but the quality has its price. And they have been there for us in times of trouble providing us with all the backups we needed and quick fixes. Whoever has given them a 1-star rating here has probably been sent by a competitor; I can in good conscience give them 5 deserved stars.

I very recently interacted with sales people of Ncrypted and explained my requirements. Sales team suggested that I must buy Nlance and in good faith I paid 50% advance ( approximately RS 39000 ) upon testing the demo software on Ncrypted server ( no script was delivered to me ever ) I found that this software is not suiting my needs . Post this incident .. I have been requesting for either refunding my advance or give me Job Gator product...( Which is pretty near to my needs ) .Ncrypted says .. adv given for Nlance can not b adjusted for any other product. Nor it can be refunded. That means Ncryted wants to forfeited my money without actually giving any delivery.

Very bad customer service attitude and very insensitive too.

Since spending a large sum of money on a script, from the start I had issues. I contacted support and have had 25 email exchanges and not one of them was a corrective action to my problem,
All they did was keep asking for access to my cPanel and contact them via phone both are not worth the trouble. I can fix some of the issues if they would only provide me with the file names I should be working in.
No documentation on there scripts.

From what I've seen it looks like a good script but until it is fully functional I can't go live.

I highly recommend NCrypted for start ups. My project manager, Rushit was great to work with. He always communicated with me about progress and did an amazing job at sticking to the timeline. Im looking forward to the launch and my new life as a business owner.

I would highly recommend NCrypted, especially our project manager Farhin. Our project is a very complicated project, which requires careful project management, strong business understanding, high attention to detail and a very proactive approach. We found NCrypted via google, and I have to say it was one of our best finds in 2018.

Even though Farhin had a number of clients and we had a very tight timeline, she still took us on and helped out every step of the way. They met all the above standards and even achieved more than we expected. They are very suitable for start ups like us because they are quite adaptive and flexible. They are also very hard working by staying late at night to fix the website during critical moments.

I has been a great journey with Farhin and her team and now we have a beautifully done platform. Kudos to NCrypted!
