We recently visited NCF Living while looking for ideas for our new property, and we had a really positive experience thanks to Usman at Highgate. What stood out the most was how respectful and professional he was from the beginning. He approached us kindly, gave us plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel pressured or chased around the showroom.
We visited a few other places where sales staff constantly followed us, which honestly made the experience uncomfortable. At NCF Living, it felt completely different — relaxed, welcoming, and professional. Because of Usman’s approach and the friendly atmosphere from the team, we will definitely be coming back. It’s clear they have some very professional and customer-focused staff members. Highly Recommended

Usman was amazing at sorting our sofa, was really helpful and kind.
We couldnt visualise a sofa so he and a colleague removed one of the modules for us. Showed us a range of sofas that fit our requirement.
Wr have made a purchase, the prices at this store are amazing and the sofa range is great too. Better than dfs for sure. Would recommend 10/10

We visited NCF Living (Highgate) today looking for a new sofa and had such an amazing experience thanks to Usman. From the moment we walked in he was incredibly friendly, polite, patient and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.
His customer service was excellent and you can tell he really cares about helping customers find the right sofa for their home. We ended up leaving with a beautiful sofa that we absolutely love, and a big reason for that was Usman’s help and professionalism.
