NBA international store…terrible service and order disappeared.

I made an order on 21 Nov 2022. The order and was guaranteed delivery within 6-12 days. The order didn’t even get processed within 12 days!! It is now 20th December 2022 on no delivery!!! This item was a Christmas present for my son and it will not arrive!! It was ordered 5 weeks in advance and has disappeared. Customer service at NBA store does not respond to any correspondence, the chat does not work. Their website have advised the order has been delivered and it has not!!! This company is terrible and has no customer service whatsoever. Terrible!!! They deserve 0 stars not even 1.
