After weeks of looking for an outfit i found a beautiful dress for a wedding event at Nazz Collection. Received many compliments.

I was a bit skeptical ordering from this site due to some of the reviews. However, I saw an outfit that I really liked and decided to try. I wasn’t sure on sizing so ordered two different sizes.

The outfit was delivered the next day!!! I absolutely loved it and kept one size but had to send the smaller size back.

I got a notification to say Nazz had received my refund and it was processed the next day and the balance was refunded to my card within the next couple of days. I just wanted to leave some positive feedback as I’ve had a few bad experiences with online shopping lately, with delivery/refunds taking ages or the shops only refunding with store credit. Nazz Collection have been the complete opposite and offered the most efficient service and I’ll definitely be shopping again!

I ordered 3 dresses and returned them all (2 for refund) 1 for an exchange for a smaller size. I returned with Royal Mail tracked & waited 14 days as per their advice. They have refunded and exchanged & even sent the replacemevt within 24 hours. The dresses are fantastic and I cannot complain at all about the service, the quality or their service. I have read lots of negative reviews however my experience has been fantastic

I had a positive experience of purchasing a dress I would like to wear on my wedding day.

I placed an order with Nazz and after weeks of waiting, I never received my parcel. Despite reaching out multiple times, the company completely ignored my emails and failed to provide any update or resolution. This lack of communication and failure to deliver has been beyond frustrating.

I had no choice but to report the company as fraudulent, as they took my money and provided nothing in return. If you’re considering ordering from them, be warned they seem completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Order 2 dresses for my wedding. Both stunning and well made. Sent one back recorded delivery had no issue getting money back! Will defo order from them again

Still waiting for a large refund, I believe I have been scammed. Very upsetting!

They would not accept refunds even if the item is a standard size!!
I brought a standard size 10 dress and even with this they won't accept a refund as according to them its "custom made".
