I think Naylors is amazing - I just wish I had found it sooner! Every single member of staff I have encountered across the Go Outdoors site has been incredible. The customer service is superb. The lesson on the mechanical horse was fantastic - my only bugbear was the booking system, which is really quite bad. Otherwise I love the place!
