Hat fitting
Excellent customer service from Pip for our hat fitting. She was very patient and thorough with my daughter and explained what she was looking for and why certain ones weren’t a good match, we got a great fit. Will definitely be back!

Pip was extremely patient and helpful when trying on hats and body armour for my 7 year old. She provided honest advice regarding the fit of the armour so we will definitely come back for further purchases. Pip made us feel comfortable, she was very kind and explained everything perfectly as our daughter is relatively new to riding.

A great shop.
I had my first experience of this store over the weekend. There was a great feel, it was well stocked with great variety of good products. Pip served us, she was knowledgeable and helpful, with plenty of time to help us, and put us under no pressure to purchase. Some of the best service I have experienced. I enjoyed spending my money here. I will be returning and thank you

Very helpful staff
There was a slight issue with an online order I had and the manager was extremely helpful. A lady named Pip also helped us in store- she was knowledgable and thorough. All the staff were lovely.
