This company is a complete joke and i absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Hands down the worst customer service we have ever had to deal with. I put one of their card readers on a vending machine in my facility. Payments were set up to be cashed out weekly. I have had my nayax service for about 4 months now and I'm still having problems cashing out My money. Nayax gets their payments like clock work but will not take to time to inform their customerswhen there is an issue with their account. I even have an email from 2 months ago stating no further action was needed.I called in twice trying to get to the bottom of this and Deddie was so rude and disrespectful. Refused to let me speak with management hung up on me. It's been nothing but issue after issue with this company.

Keep away, if possible, from NAYAX.
You can´t get in contact with this company beside a fill out form. I have now made 4 x online fill out documents and are still in a non-effective loop. Not possible to call them and get to talk to a person. Answering mashine.
The technical department is also very ineffective and the terminal is working poorly.

The system is capable of doing more then we need it to. The inventory management on location is so helpful and saves time when you use the MOMA app that accompanies the Nayax system.
Only challenge is getting the initial set up time is longer then what I expected.
Sometimes, it's hard to get a tech on the phone when you need them.

Passive agressive email in response (Apologies for not being able to read the tiny instructions at the bottom of the page which I've now responded to) but for 'reviewers' please read and how would you feel about this response:
"It is not possible for the site to refund cards, the machine does not belong to them and they are unable to see who has paid, how much and on what card number.
We have no problem in refunding for any transaction paid by card for faulty services. But, we must have the correct information in the first place in order to locate the exact transaction and reverse the card payment.
We have searched for your card number and cannot locate any transaction. You have stated you paid by “contactless” which can be both tapping the card and paying by Device ie phone. Both have different numbers. As per our reply, if you paid by Device it is a different number we require and instructions were given on how to find this. As soon as we have the correct number we will refund you".
I've "reached out' as I still have had no response to my emails. This is exceptionally hard work... Lets see what comes of this..
Petty I know but a point of principle. Unfortunately, I'd not noticed a fragrance machine was damaged and had duly already paid the £2. I didn't think this would have been such as issue at the Shell garage but because I'd paid by card it apparently was! How absolutely stupid and behind the times is this; that I had to email Nayax to reimburse me for the sake of £2? However, out of pure sense of principle and frustration, I wanted to be refunded the £2 - but after sending an email I then had to complete a form and now have had to wait since 28 June and had no response! Unacceptable...
Does anybody else think this unacceptable, that weeks on, still nothing. Nothing as far as a response to this review nor emails or response in any form. Poor, very poor...

I’m from sailor systems ltd and this is literally my worst experience with a company I placed my machine at the location and it’s there sitting and not making any money and nayax is not assisting me. They asked for information I submitted it and they still haven’t activated my card reader. If you’re seeing this please find an alternative don’t use this company it’s the worst. The customer service representative lied to me and have me waiting 10 business days. She told me an account was already created for me and when I called again couple days after no account was created.

Getting faster & easier to do transfer of unit ownership & queries. Phone back system works well & is usually quite quick. Also Moma program is great & regular updates make improvements.

This company is a scam. They will lie to your face and over the phone. They do not give receipts. Their customer service is a joke and they tell lies over the phone. Never use this company. They stole $50.00 out of my account. It was only supposed to be $5.00. They told me they could not find my transaction. Two different people told me this. Then they told me i would have to Dispute with my Bank and they would give me my money. More lies!! Be careful with this company. THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!!!!! Since I did not get a receipt and the EDM concert I was at in Columbia SC on 03/30/24. Visa will not accept my dispute and the Nayax just cannot seem to find my transaction. Companies like Nayax need to be shut down!!!

I had a bad experience with this company when I tried to purchase from their recommended machine. Despite the machine not giving me the product, it still charged my credit card. When I requested a refund, they refused due to the lengthy process involved. Overall, I was disappointed with their service and handling of the situation. They can pay their toilet s…t with my 36 euro.
I will share this experience with Luxembourg news portal so ppl are aware of this case to stop purchasing products.
