TERRIBLE! After one month still don’t have my order. It’s NOT danish website . Today I got a letter that I have to pay almost 200 kr MOMS, it’s double price what I paid for that sh”””tty item! DO NOT waits your time and money! If I could’ve I’d gave -100 stars

Fik aldrig min bestilling. Deres reklame er de sender indenfor 24 timer og at man modtager indenfor 5-7 dage. Jeg bestilt for 2 uger siden. Jeg skrev en email til dem ang min produkt men deres eneste svar var at de havde for travlt til at svar på mails og tak for tålmodigheden.

Charges different amounts of money. Customer service is unresponsive/ignores you. Unreasonable long delivery times with no tracking. Frankly i feel like i shot myself in the foot for not going to trustpilot before ordering.

The product was late, but they replied and then I eventually got it about 2 weeks after I ordered.
The product quality was so so. The tag had a nice colour, and the print was alright.

I had to pay 190 dkk to even get the tags and they are so thin and you can just feel the quality sucks.

We waited around a month to get them too.

Never again! 👎🏼

I placed my order and i have to pay 180kr tax. I paid 100kr for the item. That Will be 280kr in total for a name tag ? Forget it !

Never buy from Navneskilthund.dk - the goods never arrives.

I didn't get my order and then suddenly i got a letter saying i had to pay customs. Very expensive!

Be aware that you will have to pay for customs if you order something from this website. I didn't pay attention and had to pay the price. My stuff cost only 80kr + 20kr for shipping, but I had to pay 100kr for customs.

Ikke nok med leverings tiden, er så dårlig som noget kunne værre. Så kommer der importgebyr på, da de sender fra Schweiz...

The worst place to order from.
Not only is the delivery time as bad as anything could be. Then there will be an import fee as they ship from Switzerland.

Not recommended. Took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did, the quality was very poor. The tag was a very thin, with letters so small they were unreadable.

No recommendation!
14 days later and I´m still waiting for the package.
Wrote an email to them, where they completely ignored my request to inform the Track&Trace number and only replied with " we are sorry for the delay"
Not making that mistake again!

First delevery ok 3 weeks , Wright to Them and Then i Got it in to days in Denmark 👍
Sekund time it Wash send the same day.

Ok experience.
Four weeks delivery the reason was Corona related.
The product I received was in an ok quality.

I contacted customer service a few days ago and they were very quick and fair in their respons.
So beside the fact that the delivery was long it was a good experience.

Not recommended, 4 weeks delivery time (in stead of 1), no mail updates in between. In the end we received a name plate in a very poor quality, letters were unreadable. Product thrown away immediately...
