Paper too wide

I tried printing this morning on my trusty Samsung 2070 printer and found that the paper would not go in. After some time I looked in the paper tray to see that the leaf was arched in the tray. I measured the paper with a rule and found the alleged A4 sheet was 212 mm wide. So not surprising it would not feed. I tried their website but no contact details and no way to switch to the UK, USA only. Seems someone has imported some American rubbish. I shall have to get my wife to return it.
