It takes some days to get the data, but finally the cards arrived and the instruction for installation / update helped a lot to get the things started. Thanks to the good communication all the time!

I was searching for an updated navigation card material for my Jaguar XF.

I got the USB-Stick, installed the cards update problemless (ignition and engine has to run for about 3 hours during the installation) and it works as it shall.

Ive get support till the last minute after finishing my updates.
You can´t solve the update in minutes or seconds, course the navi needs the times itselves.
but last not least - perfect and all works fine.

I am writing this review on behalf of my dearest wife. She is not a big fan of computer-related stuff. Actually I was appointed the trusted person responsible for the installation activities. I managed and she is extremely happy now while driving her Skoda. I appreciate the attitude and quality. Soon the whole neighbourhood will hear about it through the grapewine.

What shall I highlight in the first place? I am not the best volunteer to write long essays. Anyway, great.

After initial installation problems solved by quick and responsive customer support providing additional details the firmware and chart update to my Audi MMI 3G+ went flawlessly. The preceding order and delivery process was also very good ensuring that everything was specific for my car.

I'm very pleased with the excellent value for money. The SD card was delivered well-packaged. I just replaced the old one with a new one and everything worked out straight away. No setup was required. There are many new roads and houses built around us. Now they appear on the screen. Very useful while traveling.
