Excellent product-maps update Australia

Excellent product! Highly recommended.
Downloaded the files, followed the step by step instructions and my car maps SD card was updated. Inserted it back into my car and it worked like a charm!! Easy to do, would definitely recommend this company and its products.

Firmware update Mazda MX5 2015

Just received my files for update of firmware and navigation of my 2015 Mazda MX5 non Europe version, I downloaded the files on a USB stick, plugged it in according instructions and within 40 minutes everything worked flawless as promised. It transformed the software to European version. Thanks a lot for the quick service and the instructions.

Navi-World offers a great product and price.

Navi-World offers a great product at very reasonable price. They have great customer service and great communication should you need help with uploading the new maps. The end result for me was always being very satisfied with Navi-World. Highly recommended should you need to update your navigation maps.

Mazda CarPlay and Android Auto Integration

Excellent service. I had to wait 3-4 days for their first communication, but after that they were very responsive both by email and through WhatsApp. First, I received in the mail the software, which I installed immediately. Then after about a week the hardware arrived and the installation was a smooth ride. During waiting period I contacted them through WhatsApp for some questions and clarifications and all my questions were promtly answered. I am now a happy owner of a Mazda 2 with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto!!!

Navi world great customer service & product

Navi world: I needed to update my maps on my 2017 CX 3 mazda. I am in Australia, my mazda dealership gave me instructions to update my maps, I did this & it corrupted my maps, I contacted the mazda dealership and NOW they tell me they wouldn't guarantee, therefore they would not update a 2017 mazda maps. Thank you Mazda. I found Navi world in the UK. I purchased downloadable maps for Australia, Jonathan from Navi world responded to all my emails, their customer service and product was fantastic. Thanks to their guidance and explanation. I successfully downloaded maps, for a much cheaper and cost than Mazda quoted. Thank you Navi world

I placed my order on Friday

I placed my order on Friday, and although it is clear on the website that they don't work on weekends, the product was in my mailbox on Sunday morning (I asked for a downloadable product) with full, detailed instructions. And even after problems arose, Jonathan responded almost immediately. In his spare time!

Jonathan Best thank you very much, everything works perfectly.
I bought KGSE66EZ1 SD card from you. With your help, patience and knowledge, I was successful in installing the SD card. But that's not all, I have a problem with the Mazda firmware, which was old and didn't accept my new SD card. The best and super kind Jonathan Best help me again,he sent me a software update and instructions to update my Mazda firmware for free.
The instructions were so good that I had no problems even though I don't know much about it.
Again, a big thank you Jonathan Best ,for the instructions ,patience, and for sending all the data.

I had a lot of trouble with my replacement SD Card I received from Navi world. BUT and mean
A big BUT the customer services team went above and beyond to sort this for me from there software downloads and constant email follow up service and replacement SD card to finally
Fix my problem. A BIG THANK YOU to all at Navi world especially Jonathan Best for his endless help and patience.
