I had a spa manicure with Pooja j.
She was able to explain to me how important it is to care for my nails and her expertise clearly showed how healthy my nails looked, once the manicure was completed. I made another appointment with Pooja j in 3 weeks for another manicure, to keep my nails healthy. I strongly recommend the salon for all treatments.

I have a massage every 4 weeks with heta, I'm very happy with the service and heta has healing hands a big thanks.ray scott

Excellent service

After years of having nail extensions I decided to have them removed, this was my first visit for a manicure and my nails were in a shocking state.

The team in Woking were very friendly and welcoming, the salon was very clean and tidy.
The manicure included a hand massage and a colour polish. This was extremely well carried out and fantastic value for money.

I will most definitely be returning again!

Navara Beauty Salon! Has a very relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and modern. The therapists are all lovely, friendly and professional. They don’t make you feel rushed and I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Great service and relaxing

Everything from start to end was great,

I’ve been to Navara before for massages and never had an issue. The staff aren’t overly friendly, but I can live with that. I booked for my first eyelash extension treatment this week – Rabeena who did them was abrupt but fine. She stepped out during my appointment (which I’d pre-booked) to thread someone else’s eyebrows – again, guess that’s ok. I felt the procedure was rushed, but as this was my first experience, I trusted her. When finished, my left eyelashes were stuck together and stinging. Told it was normal for my eyes to sting, waited a few minutes and left to go home. My left eye started to get a searing, agonising pain in it, which I realised was GLUE. The pain abated after washing my eye out several times under a cold tap. They were still very uncomfortable, so I booked another appointment for that evening to get them checked or removed. Rabeena called, was aggressive on the phone and talked over me, said to come back in and ‘can’t you come down any earlier’. When I went back, she checked my eyes, said they were fine and ‘it takes a few days for lashes to settle’ (and ‘well they look fine now’). I realise that and was prepared for it; was I wasn’t prepared for was the searing pain of GETTING GLUE IN MY EYE. She proceeded to gaslight me and say that ‘something must’ve flown in my eye on the way home’. She offered to remove them, but by this point a) I wanted her nowhere near my eyelashes again and b) they were beginning to settle down and I hoped for the best.

Later that evening I started having GLUE RESIDUE COMING OUT OF BOTH MY EYES. I woke up the next day with glue-encrusted eyes and eyelashes. The left eyelashes had a large clump of glue on, which meant the lashes could not be separated and rubbed against my eyelid. But I guess I imagined all that glue as well, right?! I took pictures of everything to document. I wished I’d asked for a refund, but at the time I was so shocked and upset I didn’t know what to do. It’s now 3 DAYS after my initial appointment, and I STILL have glue residue coming out of my eyes.

I see from another review this is not the first time this has happened. Apparently I should’ve told her if my eye stung before I left – 1) I was told stinging was normal, 2) Rabeena had already started to see another client.
I never complain (seriously), but this has been an absolute nightmare. My eyes are red, raw and swollen. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
