Placement Opportunities
It is requested to provide more placement opportunities for fresh officers and ratings. This will help in developing new talent and building long-term loyalty toward the company.

SPF Deduction
The employer SPF deduction of 12% from employee wages may kindly be reconsidered and revised or cancelled.
Such deductions may negatively impact the professional relationship and trust between the company and seafarers.

Safety PPE
The quality of Safety PPE can be improved to ensure better safety standards onboard.
Providing additional PPE as backup would be highly beneficial for operational safety.

Sign-On and Sign-Off Process
The sign-on and sign-off procedures can be further streamlined to reduce delays and improve overall efficiency.

Joining Process
The arrangements for the joining process can be improved for better coordination and convenience for crew members.

Crew Repatriation
Repatriation arrangements for all crew should be handled more efficiently, ensuring timely and smooth return after contract completion.

Provision Budget
The current provision budget of INR 380 per crew per day may be reviewed and slightly increased to ensure better quality and variety of food onboard.

Quality of Provisions

Salary Credit
Salary/wages should be credited on a fixed and consistent date every month to ensure financial stability and confidence among seafarers.

Working as CE in your company it feels good as company has supportive team which is available at all times but there is limited career growth and opportunity in your company.
As per my observation few points can be improved
1. Total Spf deduction from crew wages.
2. Salary not as per market standards.
3.No specific date for salary deposits.
4 All crew and officers not getting wages pay slip.
5 High pressure work for ce as inexperienced crew.
6. Victualling amount to be increased.At present 380 Rupees per person.
7. Timely supply of provision during Sailing.
