Great service

Although the actual light had marks on the online/email support was excellent. This support continued over a period of days and each person who I dealt with was polite, informative, made suggestions and all my issues were resolved. The pendant light was for sale elsewhere at a much higher price so I was very happy.

Poor customer service

Poor product quality and poor customer service. I asked to return the light and have a refund. I was given a partial refund and was asked to keep the light as a goodwill gesture. I get an email 10 days later threatening of a refund reversal if the light if not returned. I have all the evidence. I would avoid dealing with this company.

Your review paints an incomplete and misleading picture of what actually happened. You initially requested to return the item after discovering it was made of acrylic, even though the product description clearly stated this. Despite our Terms & Conditions—available at checkout and on our website—stating that returns incur an 18% restocking fee, we offered you two generous alternatives:

A full return with no restocking fee, using a free return label we provided.

A 40% partial refund with no need to return the product, as a gesture of goodwill.

You acknowledged these options and chose to return the product. After this, we sent you the return label and confirmed your refund was pending upon receipt of the item. When we noticed that the item had not been returned after 10 days, we sent you a reminder—polite and routine—explaining that, per policy, failure to return the product would result in the refund being reversed.

At no point did we "threaten" you; we simply followed standard business procedure, in line with industry norms and our published policies.

To be clear:

You were never charged any return fee.

You were given a free return label when out T&Cs clearly state the cost of returning items is at the buyer's expense.

You were issued a refund in advance, based on your agreement to return the item.

We understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially when the Terms & Conditions aren’t reviewed (see return policy here: https://nauradika.com/pages/returns). But publicly accusing us of poor customer service and dishonesty—when in fact you received options, flexibility, and goodwill that far exceeded our obligations—is unfair and misleading to others.

Some of our Chinese suppliers use AliExpress for fulfillment, just as European suppliers use Amazon—this does not mean the products originate from those platforms.

Our pricing reflects factors like quality control, curation, and customer service, which are not provided when buying directly from a marketplace. If you have a specific issue with an order, we're happy to help. Otherwise, spreading misinformation is not helpful to anyone.

Sizes of products

All of my order arrived. Not a lot of communication. Be careful when you order. The sizes of the lighting is not obvious and everything is much smaller that I had anticipated. The mushroom rechargeable lights are very small. They do not specify the sizes on the website but tell you to look at the pictures. Very deceptive.

Avoid. It's a scam

Paid for £319 for a chandelier which never arrived. Order placed on 6 Sep, 1 month later still not arrived and now claiming delivery time is 6 weeks instead of the 2 weeks showed at purchase time.

They are dispatching straight from China so avoid at all costs.

Your order was unfortunately held at customs due to damage during transit—something beyond our control. As soon as we were informed, we issued you a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Additionally, we do not mislead customers about product origins or delivery times. It is clearly stated in our FAQs that some products ship directly from our suppliers, including from China.

Didn’t get the item advertised, but I was refunded.

I paid £60 for a handcrafted sponge filled soft tatami cushion and received a hard footstool with a metal interior instead.
The returns portal didn’t have an option to return incorrect items unless I paid for the postage, so I had to email them directly.

The person I spoke to by email replied and said they hadn’t actually physically seen the item that I bought, and that they were only selling it based on the information given by the supplier. He said they would remove the listing, which they now have done.

The website seems to suggest that they curate a selection of designer pieces for interiors, but having received an item from them, if that is indicative of the quality of their suppliers, then they aren’t any better than the sort of cheaply made products you get on other homeware sites.

I having said all that, I’m pleased to say, I have now received a full refund.
