Hair is nice but had problems with colour match. When I tried to return it I had a few technical problems so sent emails and no response. So no refund disappointed and out of pocket!

Absolutely love such realistic tones and I have tried several . Love that the elastic stretches to fit unlike others . It makes it a lot more comfortable to wear.

Bought an 18inch piece in shade hot toffee for my wedding. My hair is just below my shoulders so I wanted the length and thickness so I could have loose curls.
I couldn’t be happier. I was skeptical at first as I thought there no way it’s A - going to look natural and B- feel secure with just a wire. I was wrong on both account. The colour match was perfect and it was so secure I almost forgot I was wearing it. I’m going to order another one and the same shade just abit shorter so I can wear it straight.

Returned on Sept 24th. Took until Oct 14th to receive email saying they are processing refund. It is now 4 weeks later Nov 6th and still received no refund.

Bought to thicken and lengthen my hair for my wedding. Couldn't be happier with the purchase, halo was comfortable, secure and great quality. Toned in really well with my hair. Hairdresser commented on quality too and how well it curled. Great service and delivery in 5 days.
Ordered a second, shorter one to wear more regularly. As someone who is self conscious of my thin hair, it's a huge boost to my confidence and so easy to wear once you get the hang of it. Highly recommend.

These are by far the BEST extensions I've ever had! I've spent a fortune on so many different ones and, unfortunately, may as well have put money straight in bin. The quality of these are amazing, very easy to wear and very natural. If in doubt about buying these hairpieces ... don't, you won't be disappointed!

I’m really happy with my extensions are very, very good quality as hair goes. I had to make an exchange because the colour wasn’t quite right and they got its spot on the blonde they suggested. I have to say, the customer service was really good and the communication.

I will say you do need to style the hair with your natural hair to blend, I’ve also added a few mini clips at the front of a different brand to make it a bit more seamless but over all it’s a really good option if you want to keep your hair healthy and add a little length or volume. It will never blend like other permanent extentions but I’m fine with that as tapes, micro rings wreck your hair so it’s a small price to pay and I’m happy and they look silky and gorgeous.

The customer service was excellent. Cleo was fantastic and responded promptly to my email and provided lots of useful information. She was friendly and professional. The hair is really good colour match as well as quality, length, thickness. Easier to use than thought, though still need practice, but the support is fabulous. I highly recommend this company.

I have recently taken out 120 permanent hair extensions. I have always had very fine and thin hair but now would really like to try and treat my own hair which I can't do with permanent extensions. Was looking for something lightweight and easy to put in and out when I am going somewhere special. These are amazing. So helpful with colour matching and so comfortable to wear. I had to change the wore as was super small but came with spares that was also easy to do, customer service have been lovely. All round an excellent service and product. Highly recommend.
