Good experience

Very good experience.
Delivery was done within one week.

Based on the reviews here, I didn't expect anything valuable.
We ordered several positions and paid them via card.
It seemed that there was no needed green tea, and Natur Kosmetik sent the message. I replied with the proposal to send what is present and return money for the missing item.
Instead, they somehow changed reserved amount and took only required amount of money without any returns, and quickly dispatched other items.
So, I am very satisfied with the service.
