Terrible experience.
Ordered my products via the app. After waiting for a week and not receiving anything, I tracked down the order...WHICH HAD BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION!! Wtf guys... now I need to wait another week... On top of this, their totally stupid AI chatbot obviously could not solve anything.
I'm buying this somewhere else.

I ordered a lot of products 2 weeks ago; I spent 235€ and the packet arrived incomplete. There are missing products for a value of 40€. There is no mistake such as "packet 1 of 2" since the email clearly said that only 1 box would be sent. I have tried to find a place in the website to receive the refund or claim the product. Everything is super opaque. You need to fill a form online, you get no copy in your email, no contact, nothing. It is been a week since I filled the form and no response. I have also used the whatsapp customer service chat: days, and no response.
they are just enough bad at customer service and user experience to look like an scam. Will I recommend to other people to buy here? No. The time I am spending in managing this doesn't worth the discount of the product.
