What an awful company. Paid almost £50 for my sport supplements two weeks ago with a promised date (their words not mine) of 20th June and its been showing as Status: in-preparation ever since. They don't respond to emails or answer their phones. You just get an automated message saying they are too busy. I'm days away from contacting my credit card company and requesting a chargeback.

Oh my goodness what a fool I have been to order with this dodgy company. I ordered with them 3 weeks ago and paid over £17 carriage apparently based on weight of order. It said delivery would be by 9th June which was quite slow but seemed fine. Its now 18th June, no responses from them just an email to say they have cancelled 3 out of stock products after the expected delivery date which should mean I pay less carriage but all my communication with them has been ignored and I still have no delivery now im thinking they have scammed me. I will report them. Nobody should be led to use this fake company please...

I placed an order for a prescription to go with a diet and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my order. The customer service is very unhelpful and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend anybody to shop from this website, specially if you need your order to arrive on time.

Very poor service. I ordered food for my puppy on19/05. I received nothing. Today is 05/06 and they still don’t deliver and answer me. I try to message them few times. My puppy went without food because of them. Yesterday they canceled my order. Now I have placed an order with another company and I will wait a long time again because the delivery is from another country! This is very unprofessional. Never use again! communication 0 and no way to contact with them! Unacceptable service.

Was quite concerned when I read the reviews for this company but they unfounded. My product arrived on the delivery date the reason for the four stars, they didn't send a confirmation email but when I checked on the website I found all my account details.

I need to change my review. I wrote the previous one out of emotion. The delivery arrived one day after the promised date (12 May), which is acceptable.

Earlier, I saw some negative reviews and got upset, thinking the company might be a scam, but I guess it's not, since I did receive the product.

Horrible service. I’m still waiting for a product I bought fifteen days ago. Every time I ask for an update, they just send me a form—and then nothing. No answers, no solution.

Worst company that lies about sending out your parcel and sends out fake tracking links. It’s painful trying to get them to respond to queries and for refunds. It’s a shame, I would have ordered regularly as they have nice products but they are so awful.

Horrible service – I placed an order over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. The estimated delivery dates have already passed. I contacted them and they only sent me the Royal Mail tracking link (which hasn’t been updated for over a week).
I’ve emailed them more than three times and keep getting the same template response over and over again.
I’m starting to think this might be a scam and I am thinking about contacting regulators

I was afraid to order because I read so many negative reviews, but I was absolutely positively disappointed.
The package arrived quickly.
All products were packed carefully with environmentally friendly solutions.

We love Lanzarote and buy aloe products there every year. I was happy to find my favourite body lotion, liquid soap and toothpaste here as it allows me to fly back to the island for a while when I can smell the scents.

I heartily recommend it to everyone!

Company only shipped part of my order. The second part hasn't been dispatched and it's been a week now (Royal Mail tracking says they're still waiting to receive the parcel from the company). Company's response to my enquiry is that I need to take it up with the local post office! Absolutely disgraceful. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Service – Avoid This Company!

I had a horrible experience with this company. My order was not delivered on time, and when I tried to contact customer service, they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive. They kept giving vague excuses and never provided a real solution.

To make matters worse, the product was sourced from a Chinese manufacturer (prosecutor from China), which was not disclosed beforehand. The lack of transparency and poor communication make this company highly unreliable.

I do not recommend buying from them. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

First time ordering from Naturitas, and I’m delighted with their service and the products that arrived this morning.

I was a little concerned initially, after reading the reviews of this company on here. But, honestly, every part of the process has been brilliant, including the ongoing communication.

Whatever may have gone on in the past, all I can give Naturitas is 5*s today.

⛔️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Messaged them TWICE regarding a discount code they display on their app which is invalid. Ignored both times then realised they did me a favour with their non-existant customer service as I've just seen 95% of their feedback is 1 star. Just uninstall and purchasing all my products elsewhere

I ordered a product in bulk (DAO enzyme) and received it with a ridiculously short expiry date of only 8-9 months. Customer service took ages to respond only to say I should consume one capsule a day and finish them before expiry. Needless to say, this will be my first and last order on this site and I will contact my card company about the transaction.

After reading comments I was scared but my order came alright. It took about 9 days to UK after I placed order. So I’m happy with my order. In the future I’m gonna order again.

After reading reviews on bad delivery and not receving there order.
They advised my delivery for the 22nd.,no delivery,thought it was now scam .so wrong order arrived 23rd. All present and correct.
Happy with the service.

I love the range of unique products that Naturitas has. I bought from them Sardines in organic extra virgin olive oil (in a glass container), goat ghee butter, raw macadamia and other products. It arrived in 9 days to the UK. Before buying I have read the reviews here and saw a few negative reviews, due to which I paid with a credit card which has buyer protection. Thankfully I have received my order quickly and I received all products. I hope that other people will also have a positive experience like I did.

Order placed. 2 days later a tracking number from Royal Mail received by email. A week on no delivery and the tracking on Royal Mail still says “we’re expecting it. The sender has advised they have dispatched your item to Royal Mail”. One email address is sending automated replies (including at 1am when I am sure no one is working) saying they acknowledge my email and have “a high number of contact” and will be in touch “as soon as possible”. the orders email address bounces back! Very frustrating. If I hear nothing in the next 48 hours I will contact my bank to recall the money. Wish I’d read these reviews first!

Not even worth one star - very very annoyed as received an order of products I never ordered and the app thinks I received my order all fine but I haven’t got the products I actually ordered. Total waste of time and money - nobody responds to my emails and there’s no contact telephone number
