Amazing shop for safe and natural…
Amazing shop for safe and natural cosmetics! Their customer support is absolutely outstanding! Love their range of products, they have both expensive and cheaper products.
One of their huge advantages compared to other natural beauty shops is that they offer monthly beauty boxes packed with travel and full sized products for very low prices for you to try and find new favorites.
I highly recommend this shop! Absolutely one of the best.

Tisha was extremely friendly
Tisha was extremely friendly, polite and efficient. I received what appeared to be a faulty product: RMS Liplights which was absolutely solid in the tube! When she didn't get a response from RMS after 24 hours she organised a replacement to be sent to me anyway.

A Cute Little Message…
I was new to this company and website and ordering for our D-in-L’s birthday. Placing the order was relatively straight-forward, however, in my ignorance I realised I had failed to request a “gift card”. I was enormously impressed by the friendliness, promptness and standard of care provided by the Customer Service Team, in particular, Jhana. The package arrived soon after order with a “cute handwritten message”. Well done!

Great company!!!!
Great company! Am trying to slowly switch over to more natural based products and Naturisimo is always my first place to look at. They have a large product range and I enjoy browsing through all the different brands. I have bought a few items now and am sure will be buying more in the future.
I also contacted customer services recently and was so impressed!!! Jhana replied back to me even though it was a Saturday to let me know that once she had contacted the supplier with my query she would get back to me on the Monday and happy to say that she did get back to me and answered my query.
It’s so refreshing to have that level of customer service where you are kept up to date all the way through and then the question is answered when they say it will be :-) thank you Jhana

A delightful company to deal with, excellent customer care, prompt response, so very helpful - super products too.
I had an item that was 2 years old, didn’t want the item replacing I just couldn’t workout why it had stopped working, I’d looked after it and use it often and grown quite attached to it . . I contacted them to ask for advice/help and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue, they were so very helpful - they didn’t need to but did. I’m so very thankful, grateful, so pleased. Im very pleased with this company in…
Im very pleased with this company in general. I like their ethos and they are very profesional. I’ve never had any problem ordering from them. The only time I have had to contact costumer services is been because of a problem with a product. The customer representative ( Tisha) did the right thing: they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. Unfortunately they had to chase them for a reply but kept me updated regularly. The manufacturer hasn’t replied yet so Naturisimo look for a way to replace the product. Sometimes if not about the problem but seeing good customer service, care and willingness to help. They didnt disappoint.
