I ordered 3 packages in less than 8…

I ordered 3 packages in less than 8 hours. I should have been completely exempt of transport costs with the order I requested!
Instead I paid 3 times the transport cost.
But I only received 2 packages!
That is what is called fraud! And misleading your customers. Not to mention customer service.
I was also told that I would be receiving something extra? Another lie.
Ergo, I paid nearly 30 francs too much, got no response and your customer service absolutely stinks!
I am so disappointed in your company!
You used to be much better!
I guess you love money too much, right?

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered chaga mushroom powder, but instead received maca powder, which is completely different from what I purchased.
I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. The representative was not helpful in explaining how to return the incorrect product or receive a refund or replacement. The call quality was also poor, making communication difficult.
Overall, I’m disappointed with both the order accuracy and the customer service. I hope the company improves its order handling and support process, as this experience did not meet expectations.

Doesn’t work

I use many of their products and find them excellent. They don’t work miracles on their own, but when combined with a balanced diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle, they help. Positive Reviews, Negative Experience

I purchased 4 units of Night FatBurn Extreme from Nature’s Finest, after reading dozens of glowing reviews on their official website. Lesson learned.

After experiencing bloating and constipation, I contacted the company — only to be politely reminded that while returns are “possible,” they are practically impossible due to regulatory restrictions and disproportionate EU shipping costs. So yes, you can return it… in theory. An impressive demonstration of how to advertise customer protection while ensuring customers cannot realistically exercise it. Transparency seems to apply only to marketing — not to accountability.

product toxic!

I purchased some products from this company. One of them was found to be highly toxic and gave me diarrhea and cramps. The company refused to take it back or refund me simply because it was just a few days past the return deadline. The product is toxic, and I will report it to all possible authorities so this company can no longer sell products that are harmful to my health!

I have already wrote to your supporto email and the answer has been, we cannot take back the product because are gone 60 days from purchase...
My health is more important than your chemical toxic petroleum tasting product,!

I have never had a problem with this…

I have never had a problem with this company,alway recieved my parcels within 2 to 3 days max,products are fantastic and they do work,the only one i cant use is the gpl1 as i have issues with spleen and blood cancer,other than that love all the products that help to lose that extra wieght,and taste great

This site is suspiciously unreliable!

I registered on this site, entering all my details (including my card details) as requested.
When I tried to pay, the site's system wouldn't let me access my account!
I tried to delete my account, but even that operation was denied!
Apparently this site is suspiciously unreliable!
I'm afraid that having my details, the merchant might misuse the information!
I've also informed my bank about this problem.
