Great product, but on the pricier side

Naturepedic products are clearly high quality, and you can feel the difference compared to regular mattresses. I appreciate their focus on non-toxic and organic materials. The only downside is the price, which might not be for everyone, but if you value clean and safe materials,

Perfect for families looking for safer sleep options

We were specifically looking for a non-toxic mattress for our child, and Naturepedic stood out. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was on time. The mattress is firm but comfortable, and it feels good knowing we’ve chosen something safer. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

High-quality and truly organic products

We recently bought a Naturepedic mattress and were really impressed with the quality. It feels well-made, and knowing that it’s made with organic materials gives us peace of mind, especially for our family. Comfort-wise, it took a few nights to adjust, but now we sleep great. Definitely worth the investment.

Repeated Fulfillment Issues and Poor Customer Support

I was a wholesale partner for Naturepedic and unfortunately experienced repeated operational issues throughout the relationship. Orders were frequently fulfilled incorrectly, shipping delays were unusually long (over a month), and products were sold and charged on our account despite being discontinued or out of stock.

I also experienced multiple billing errors where I was charged incorrectly and had to follow up to have the charges corrected. They charged me for things like shipping costs for replacement orders after they sent the incorrect item and made my customer wait over a month for a replacement. I was also charged for products they didn't have in-stock and couldn't fulfill.

At one point I was unexpectedly locked out of my wholesale portal without notification, delaying order fulfillment.

Additionally, drop-shipping costs were increased and products in their catalogue were discontinued without notice to wholesale partners, making it difficult to accurately manage listings, customer expectations, and our shop margins.

The most frustrating part was customer service. Support was difficult to reach and when issues were raised, there was little accountability or meaningful effort to resolve recurring problems.

As a retailer that prioritizes reliability and customer experience, the pattern of fulfillment issues, inventory inaccuracies, communication failures, and billing mistakes ultimately made the partnership unsustainable.

Garbage service

Garbage service. Store doesn't help at all. At time of purchase of a mattress of over $7000, was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we get a random email saying there are delays. No new dates provided, just notice of delays. 2 additional weeks later only 1 box arrived, 5 other boxes remain lost in transit. Calling the delivery provider (FedEx) have learned that mattress doesnt "just" come in 6 different boxes, each box was shipped individually and were mislabelled and missing information so remain stuck in customs. As recipients, we can't solve it and store isn't helping.

Hours wasted on phone with Store and delivery provider, heading into week 5 still with no mattress.

Premium cost should come with white glove service, not excessive delays and lack of any service or accountability.

Spending lots of money here is a gamble

Customer service is extremely disappointing. I had a large order of sheets from them. Received no confirmation or shipment dates. After a few emails over a couple weeks with no response the shipment was suddenly underway.

My package arrived in atrocious condition. Box torn in several spots and completely soaking wet and barely holding together.

Fortunately what products were inside seemed ok still. Unfortunately several products were missing.

I email with no response. So call and leave a voice mail. Both email and voicemail are extremely detailed and there are photos attached to the email.

I receieve a call back from a woman who doesn’t reach me so she leaves me a voicemail. And all she says is … “just returning your call, you can call us back at…” their same phone number again! Huh?

So again I leave the same detailed voicemail. This time with no response.

Terrible customer service - do not recommend

I ordered pillows from Naturepedic and experienced long delays with no clear ship date due to materials being unavailable. Communication was slow, and the response I received felt dismissive rather than helpful. For a premium-priced brand, I expected clearer updates and better customer service. Unfortunately, the experience led me to cancel and purchase elsewhere.

1. Customer service is painfully slow

1. Customer service is painfully slow, evasive, and at times outright dishonest.
2. I ordered a mattress protector that was supposed to ship within 3–5 business days. Two weeks later, and after four frustrating calls, the only progress is a FedEx label that may or may not mean anything.
3. I don’t want to cancel — I need this specific item — but this experience has been exhausting.
4. Not worth the stress. I will never shop here again.

I am surprised to see the low star…

I am surprised to see the low star rating on this brand. I like the mattress and they have done everything they advertise. The only criticism I would have at all is at times CS is hard to reach, at least the ones who know the products in depth. But it is a quality merchandise and I have the latex layer mattress.

Atrocious customer service

Atrocious customer service. I bought a $900 king bed foundation from them and they shipped me two twin XL foundations that were completely different heights. One was 1.5" tall, the other 3". It has been four days and no one will fix the mistake. The customer service rep "Lori" who claims to be helping me doesn't respond to emails and lets my calls go straight to voicemail, and the other reps claim that they can't help me because Lori is handling my matter. Meanwhile I'm sleeping on the floor. What a joke. I'm returning the whole thing and buying the same item for half the cost at Avocado. Will never purchase anything from ere again.

I hate this matress

I wish that I had never heard of this company. Had investigated organic mattresses for six months. I have hip pain and back pain. My pain is horrible after using this mattress! I wake up with so much pain I can barely walk when I get out of bed. I feel like throwing the mattress out the door. I received two free pillows with the mattress. One was cotton and one was the latex. The latex kept it’s smell. I let it air out for at least a month and it still stinks. So I’ve had to get rid of it. Cotton has lost all of its shape and no matter how much I fluff it, it doesn’t help.
I bought this mattress in December thinking we were going to move before the 100 day warranty expired. We couldn’t find a house as soon as I thought we would., So the warranty has expired. Personally, I don’t know how you would send it back anyway, because when you unwrap it, it expands completely, and it would be impossible to get it back in the package.
The mattress is a lot firmer than the salesman made me believe. I would never have bought a mattresses this firm. I had a Saatva for 15 years and I was happy with it, but I knew it wasn’t completely organic.
At this point, I wish I had never heard of this product and bought another saatva!

This is a great bed

This is a great bed. We purchased one last year and not only do I love it, but its GOTS organic. I also love their latex pillows because you can take out the latex and make them squishier or firmer. I also love how this company is a small family business that uses Amish workers to hand stitch everything. Forget the naysayers...this is a great company!

Naturepedic EOS took some tweaking to get it just right!

We purchased the Naturepedic EOS pillow top Dunlop latex mattress in king size. Plush 8" coils for both sides. My layers were soft on bottom, medium layer on top. I weigh 128lbs and have back issues. My husband had both his layers in firm. He is 218lbs. We previously had a Talalay OMI latex bed that lasted 13 years.
We liked the idea with the Naturpedic mattress that we could have different firmnesses on each side. I had high hopes for this bed. It is made really well. It was way to firm for me and made my back sore along with my shoulder. I needed more of a cushiony feeling on top. I tried swapping the layers but nothing seemed to work. My husband ended up swapping his bottom layer out with a soft layer and that worked out well for him. He liked the bed and I really did not want to start all over again looking for a new mattress.
I found the perfect solution. I knew Talalay latex was more bouncy and buoyant, so I started looking for a 3" topper/layer that I could replace the top 3" Dunlop layer with. I found the most wonderful company out of CA called Flobeds. They make a 3" Talalay latex layer called vZone it is amazing. It is around 6 different pieces of latex in different firmness to accommodate for your shoulders, hips and feet. After speaking with them I confirmed the soft configuration would work best for me. It came and I swapped it out with Naturpedics 3" medium Dunlop layer. WOW I could tell a difference immediately. I gave it a couple nights to see if it was going to work. It was almost perfect but I still felt I could use a little more plushness on top. Low and behold I found online what I needed to complete our new bed. A company called Turmerry sales a 1.4" Dunlop egg crate topper in medium firmness. I was concerned with it being Dunlop that it might be too firm. Flobeds does offer a Talalay egg crate topper but it was quite a bit more expensive and we had already spent so much on our new bed, I thought I would give the Turmerry topper a try. It arrived and we put it directly under our fitted sheet with the egg crate facing upwards. That night I slept like a baby. My husband woke up and said that he really liked it and it was a good find. I feel I now have the perfect bed for both of us. I wake up in the morning with no shoulder or back pain.

Horrible Experience - Naturepedic EOS Mattress

I bought the Naturepedic latex mattress as a replacement for a Pure Talalay Bliss mattress that had become too soft over time. This purchase is the worst mistake of my life. I spent considerable time in the store laying on different configurations of the EOS latex mattress to get the right comfort and support, all to no avail. After receiving the mattress, it was much firmer than the store models and caused me hip and shoulder pain. I did a layer swap, still too firm. I reconfigured it, still too firm. I even bought a $400 2" Talalay topper and am still having hip and shoulder pain. Unfortunately, there is now a major supply chain issue and Naturepedic is very inflexible with their return period, even during a pandemic. I have tried and can't get a replacement bed from another company so that I can return the Naturepedic mattress and get my money back within the 90 days. This has been a $3000+ mistake. Naturepedic has not been understanding at all and I wish I had never heard of this company.
What's truly ridiculous about this situation is that Naturepedic is happy to have me donate the bed and show proof of donation to get a refund. So the inflexibility regarding the return rate is doubly confusing to me.

Outstanding comfort, fantastic customer service, but latex smell

For customer service and mattress comfort, I give this company five stars. They have been fantastic on every level, especially during the pandemic. The only ding comes from the ongoing smell of the latex. I have had this bed for more than three months now and it still smells of latex. If I flip my pillow over in the middle of the night, I will smell the latex on the bottom side of the pillow. It is an inconsistent smell, though, and seemingly activated by body heat. So now my new ritual is to change my sheets, wash my pillows, unzip my mattress casing and air out the latex every week or so. But it is annoying to spend so much money on a mattress only to have it deposit a latex smell in your hair, pillows, sheets, and pajamas.

That said, the EOS pillow top mattress is fantastic for comfort and support. I liked being able to customize the support layers in the trial period, too. In the store, a firm coil with a firm support latex layer and a medium pillow top latex layer seemed to be the best. But after sleeping on it, that wasn't the best combination. I preferred a firm coil with a firm latex support layer and a soft pillow top latex layer. That was great for sleeping on my back or front, but not quite as comfortable for sleeping on my side. So I ended up ordering the organic wool topper from Naturepedic and that made it ideal. So now I am very pleased with the temperature regulation of the wool topper, the comfort and support of the bed, and the lack of chemical foam to irritate my asthma.

I'm just left with the smell. I'm hoping it will eventually dissipate but as it's about the same as it was when I purchased it, I don't think it will change. It's not unpleasant, but it is present. So sensitive noses, you are forewarned. Is it worth the organic comfort and support? Yes -- that's why I kept the mattress. But I do wish it weren't so strong.
