Premium Shilajit
I recently ordered some premium shilajit which should have been delivered on 24/03/25 re 10768 the package never arrived. I have emailed Natureepower for a refund or my goods. There has been no response from them via email. This is very disappointing as the reason I brought the shilajit from Natureempower was through a friend who recommended this company.

Beware of "free" shilajit
Purchased "free" shilajit, just paying the £3.99 shipping, thinking this was like many other new customer deals, a genuine opportunity to try something free and then they get a loyal customer if the product is good. ..
Then unable to cancel subscription so you're actually locked in for 2 further months at £24.99.... So it's actually over £50 for 3 pots whether you like the product or not. I notice they've changed their ad wording now so it's clearer but it certainly wasn't when I signed up.
I have messaged them within the 14 day consumer rights cooling off period to say I'm not happy with the contract so we'll see what happens....
UPDATE: I received a very polite and professional response and my subscription was cancelled so that created a very good impression of their customer service.

I signed up for the "free"10g of shilajit, but didn't realise that they lock you in for 2 months. My own fault, but wanted to warn others. The pot contained a tiny amount of product, approximately 1g and it tastes absolutely vile. I complained and they said they were going to send me another pot, but didnt. I am going to try to sell the 2 bags pots that am due to receive, as I certainly won't be taking any more of this. I have a strong stomach, but the taste really sets off my gag relex!

Bumpy start Great finish
Ordered from Nature Empowered a few months ago after researching the benefits of taking Shilajit

Customer service was good
Customer service was good I got answers when I contacted them, unfortunately the shilajit I bought (4 jars in total with bogof offer) did nothing that I could tell for me, although I was sent a sample bottle of scent as a good will gesture due to a shipping issue that was very nice, ( I would like some more of it but I'm not sure which 'flavour' it is to reorder)

I ordered this Shilajit but like others, found that it’s runny. Did not notice any difference unfortunately after taking it so don’t know if it’s genuine. Waste of money unfortunately.

Just recieved the shilajit. Smells funny and very runny
Looks.like.its been diluted with chemicals that will ruin your liver after afew months of regular use. Doesn't smell or feel like pure shilajit. Fake or diluted . No expiry date either
