Good snacks at descent prices
I enjoy most of the snacks I get from NatureBox. I also have had good communication experiences with their customer service. The prices are a little high if you do not have a membership but the fee goes right into your account so it works out well for me. I also wait until they have a sale and stock up. The snacks are fairly well priced under these conditions.

CBD chews variety pack
The cbd chews variety pack is a great value and a great way to discover your favorite flavors. There's some variation in chewiness between flavors, but they're all enjoyable. Pineapple might be my favorite, but I will continue to order the assortment.

The service was great
The service was great, but i might consider getting different snacks in the future. The peanut butter cookies were great, but the Lentils were tough to chew and the Fruit chews were... Well, they weren't BAD, but theh were definitely weird. Wish the Dried Pineapple slices were in stock, they look both tasty and interesting.

I love the snacks here
I love the snacks here. The sweets are not too sugary. I have had a subscription for years. If you have problems or questions they are easy to get a hold of with really friendly staff. If you have an issue they do all they can to make it right. It’s really great!

I love Nature Box! Their snacks are great, and their customer service is exceptional. I ordered something that was not to my taste, so I emailed them, and less than half an hour later, I had the amount that it cost as a credit in my account, no questions asked.

Nature Box WILL STEAL your money
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
I placed an order with nature box in excess of $100. When my order arrived it was missing several of the items I ordered. Instead of sending what I ordered, the nature box credited my account for what was not sent. I went back to the website but what I ordered was completely sold out. Nature box refused to refund my money and would only give me store credit to buy something else (that I did not want) from there store. They are frauds and cheats and have no customer service other than text chat. I supposed this is the reason they have a C rating with the BBB. Spend your money elsewhere.
