At the time I was happy with the installation, but 2 years later it has become clear that they did not fit the toilet properly. They used a flexible tube just slotted onto the pipe either side. It sagged and filled up, meaning the toilet wasn't flushing. When the drainage guys tried to clear the blockage, the pipe simply disconnected, causing a flood of dirty water in my kitchen below. All for the sake of not using a proper, rigid pipe. The installation was not professional at all - more like amateurs.
