Used email promoting 3 for 2. Email allowed me to order promotion despite being some hours past deadline. My error, although promotion email should not have accepted my order. Company kindly offered free item when I next purchase. My reply requesting item be sent now not acknowledged or replied to.

The active care cream is amazing it has stopped me having pain in my shoulder that was broken several years ago and it stops my night time cramp on my ankles and thighs.

My 15 year old daughter who has asd/adhd and functional neurological disorder really struggles to get good quality sleep. 5 days on from using magnesium spray as part of her bedtime routine she has had the best sleep in years! It’s phenomenal what it’s done for her and dramatically improved her quality of life as she has more energy during the day. She’s using the active care cream for aching joints and feels that’s really helping too. I wish I had tried this sooner for her. Cannot fault the amazing customer service from replying to email to posting done in lightning fast speed and then followed up asking how she was doing. A+ for service just blown away. Thankyou xx
