Absolutely faultless experience from start to finish! We were sent numerous samples by next-day delivery, which made choosing the perfect rug so much easier. Once we placed our order, the communication was excellent, with lots of friendly emails confirming everything and clearly explaining the expected timeframe for making the rug.

We were really impressed that the rug was actually made and delivered well within the estimated timeframe. It arrived promptly, and we are absolutely delighted with it — it’s beautiful!

Excellent product, prompt delivery.

The rug that I ordered is of a really beautiful quality, thick, soft and just as expected. Ordering was easy, after receiving samples of both the wool and the bindings and i was kept updated about progress in the making and each step of delivery. A great service and great product. I would def recommend.

Samples sent out super fast. Very good quality

Bought three rugs from here in the past- all perfect- went to replace one - first attempt came with corners which were badly finished; this was replaced with us having to return- an hours round trip to their selected drop off point. The replacement was larger than requested but it does have a small text disclaimer saying that it can be within 1cm. Two corners poorly finished again so it doesn’t fit - offered 50 per cent off us paying for a new one. There was no mention anywhere we could see that our chosen rug was unsuitable for a recessed area. The others were fine. I know it’s hand made- that’s why we chose the rugs but really disappointed.

A good quality product as described, quick delivery

Great website easy to use and wide range of options. Good communication once I ordered keeping me informed of the progress. Well packaged for protection and looks fantastic in place.
