They lie, ignore emails, and keep sending packages while demanding payment
Very negative experience with Natural Pharmaceuticals. My partner ordered from them once, and since then it has been impossible to get rid of this company.
We have repeatedly told them to stop sending any more products. By phone they confirmed that they would stop, but in reality nothing changed. They kept sending packages anyway.
We also tried contacting them by email, but they never replied, so there is no written confirmation or customer support outcome.
Despite all this, they still demand payment for products we did not intentionally order.
This behaviour is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. Based on our experience, I do not recommend Natural Pharmaceuticals.
