Spa afternoon with my wife for my birthday. Greeted by friendly staff and shown around. The facilities were perfect! and very relaxing. Swimming, Sauna, Cold shower and powerful Jacuzzi. The hostess brought us hot chocolate and mocha poolside as we relaxed on our loungers.

After using all the facilities thoroughly, we went to the treatment room and were introduced to our therapists. The room was very atmospheric and relaxing. I had an energy work session which was a bit of mystery as to what would happen. The session turned out to be a huge weight off my shoulders, with a clear message about my relationships and a need to heal my past relationships with my family tree.

My wife when asked about her aromatherapy massage said "that was the best massage I have ever had!" So we both left feeling very pleased and grateful for the whole experience and would recommend all day! We hope to see our therapists again who we cannot thank enough for their skill, professionalism and attention to detail.

Transformational Experience

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Kundalini treatment with Katie at Natural Light Wellness Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the most powerful and healing sessions I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Katie created a calm, sacred space that felt completely safe and nurturing.

The treatment itself was deeply intuitive and spiritual. Katie’s grounding presence and gentle guidance helped me tap into an inner stillness . This is a hidden Gem I have lived in guildford for 15 years and never knew anout it.

I do not understand the previous review, their issue appears to be with booking.com. I booked directly with the hotel and literally had a first class experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I booked a very reasonably-priced last-minute 2-night spa break. My package included a stay in a very comfortable room with a lovely hot breakfast each day, free parking for the duration, two 45-min spa treatments, cream tea x2 and access to the beautiful spa gardens and facilities - all for under £200 p/p.

Given how much I had paid, I didn't have huge expectations. I have to say though, that this place really is a hidden gem. The treatments were so good and relaxing (collagen facial and CBD massage) - literally the best that I've had at any spa (and I've been to quite a few 5* spas in the UK and abroad). My stay was so comfortable, the gardens were beautiful and the cream tea was delicious.

Huge kudos and thanks to Vicky and to the beautiful spa manager, Katie. You and the team there were so wonderful and caring. I returned from my break completely relaxed and refreshed, and cannot recommend your spa highly enough. Thank you for all that you do. I have recommended you to all friends and family and will definitely be back. Thank you :-)

Booked a £75 spa day through spa breaks.com based on availability on the day I wanted. It was for 3 hours use of facilities, cream tea and 30 minutes treatment. The booking confirmation said they would contact me to confirm treatment times but after 48 hours nothing. I tried 3 times to contact them, eventually got voicemail to confirm treatment times and told I would have to get in contact to confirm cream tea. When I did (eventually) get through to speak to someone to arrange the time so that we could make use of the 3 hours facilities I was told that they are not available until 2.00pm onwards so would be in the middle of treatments and cream tea so it would be more of a spa evening than spa day….. which we couldn’t do as we were out for the evening. There was NO mention on the web site at all about facilities not available until 2.00.
We eventually arranged for the treatments at 11.00-12.00, ream tea from 12.00-1.00 the facilities from 2.00 - 5.00.
On the day, we arrived at 11.00 for our treatments to find that once again a mistake had been made and instead of the treatment being done together we had to wait in the area and go in 1 at a time.
Then, I queried what was in the sandwiches for the cream tea (as we are fussy eaters) only to find they have 2 different definitions to me (I thought there was only one), cream tea is without sandwiches and afternoon tea is with, which makes paying £75 for the “terrible” experience a joke.
Would not recommend the experience as it’s not value for money.
