Just back from another holiday book by Chris at Natsammia Travel, the third we have now booked with them.
Chris & Claire always go the extra mile to get us just what we are looking for, even if I keep changing the goal posts 😅.
But it's the little things that make it special for me, filling in all paperwork, API's, checking in on line & sending boarding passes. then the little checking in messages while we are away.

We booked our holiday to Thailand last year for November 2025 for 2 wks with Natsammia Travel, our advisor Chris took us through the whole process as it was our 1st time long haul travelling, his input was invaluable and he was so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. We also called him a number of times to re-check details for us which he did immediately as we were nervous travelling all that way. He put our minds at rest. Our holiday was amazing and everything went to plan, all the transfers etc, Thailand definitely has a place in our hearts. Natsammia Travel did a really good job on our behalf. I told them our resort, tour operator, hotel, room type & board. Flew out early morning as requested. Our room was perfect, balcony overlooking the beach directly below us.

I would like to thank Chris and his team for helping us organise a bespoke trip to Australia to see our son and also involved seeing the cricket on Boxing Day in Melbourne. They sorted flights, car hire, transfers and hotels for us. We had an amazing time, seen some beautiful places, stayed in some beautiful hotels and made a lot of memories. Chris and his team were fantastic in putting together a holiday with challenging requirements. Chris gave brilliant advice and made all arrangements seamlessly from beginning to end. Once again impressed and grateful for the personal attention and post holiday follow-up.

On top of sourcing and booking a great trip for my bestie and me to Seville, Chris responded immediately to a message for help when the power failed at the hotel and they were not keen to relocate us - great to have him there to resolve this in double quick time so we could continue to have a good break.

The level of service and attention from Chris is incredible. We slept through our airport taxi transfer and only alerted when Chris rang us to let us know and wake us up!

From the very start , Chris was absolutely amazing , he always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much for him. Always honest , always replys when you need a question answering. Late 2023, we contacted Chris at Natsamia Travel to book a bespoke holiday to Florida for our Family of 5 for the first time including entry to the main parks as well as flights, transfers and accommodation.
