Los pedidos llegan muy rápido y, cuando surge alguna incidencia, su servicio de atención al cliente responde muy bien. Sin duda volveré a comprar.
Mi única pega —y por lo que no puedo darles las 5 estrellas— es que cuando el pedido incluye varios productos pesados (en mi caso, muchas latas de comida), lo envían todo junto en una sola caja. Esta suele ser demasiado grande y pesada, con mucho espacio vacío, y algunas latas llegan abolladas. Además, vivo en un cuarto sin ascensor y resulta imposible subirla entera.
