Updated review - initially I had left a negative review of NS4L in regards to an issue I was having. However, within a couple of hours, I was emailed with a very suitable resolution.

I’m so impressed by this latest display of excellent customer service, and do now again feel valued as a customer. I’m willing to chalk up the previous issue as just a breakdown in communication, from both sides.

Over the past year and a half i have ordered 6 times from these fine folks. Everytime the order has been correct well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. I just tried them for the 1st time and my experience was beyond great! The tobacco is fresh, packaging perfectly profession and the actual delivery speed was amazing. I put my trust in them, as my 1st order was 10 cartons and it was terrific! You have yet another loyal customer.
