I’ve never had a problem with BO Using spray deodorants and decided to try this product to cut out chemicals but after using it I’ve now started getting really bad BO everyday when working. Will not be purchasing again

I love this company! After 40-years of trial-and-error with deodorants that didn’t work for me - including Rx deodorant that chemically burned by pits pretty badly - I happened upon Native deodorant on Facebook two years ago. I really works! I have since graduated to using their body wash and toothpaste. I have given their products as gifts. They are a super-easy company to work with. I messaged about a discontinued scent, and they gave me a link to order from leftover inventory. This is an amazing company for customer service! Native is awesome!

Initially unsure noting overseas delivery and this was further confirmed when the post office withheld my parcel asking for £12 custom and delivery charge. My frustrations were submitted direct to Native who responded immediately and acknowledged the issue and deposited a refund. Whilst I would expect this level of customer service they did So with no qualms which I feel was impressive. When my delivery finally came a day later I was and remain very impressed with the products. Great smell which lasts all day and really minimises sweat levels. I probably wouldn’t order bulk again but will definitely purchase each stick singularly.

I ordered my products first time to germany and this is my experience.
The delivery time was not four weeks than expected it was just 11 days..so way faster than expected.
The company, btw, didn't made false promises in terms of that so i don't know if those made complains are valid.
All the products i ordered smell beautiful and the flouride free tooth paste taste good.
My hubby and i, also that we are no vegans, are happy and order soon again!

It’s okay
Love the smell and the feel of the deodorant but the natural oils in it leave marks on my clothes, had a freak out at school because it looked like sweat marks.

If you are from the UK don’t bother ordering this product. They make it look really good saying they ship to us but really there’s a big service charge once it gets to your area! I’m frustrated because it’s not even mentioned. With the service charge on top of what you’ve paid for the item it turns out to be very expensive. My advice don’t even bother with this company.

Great product, absolutely horrendous shipping service
Great product, absolutely TERRIBLE shipping service. It’s like whoever they hired to bring their packages to the post office/UPS literally goes once a month. I ordered my things on April 11th and still haven’t received them. Heck, my order said it was “shipped” on April 15th, but with the tracking info they gave me, it still says it’s in PRE-SHIPMENT 13 days later! Yes, it’s in the middle of a pandemic, but it doesn’t take 2 weeks to bring a package to the post office. How is that even possible! They might as well STOP selling their product on their website and only use amazon. I ordered from amazon and got my deodorant 4 days after ordering it. Absolutely horrible.

UK customers: customs charge occurs when ordering from them! If it's over Ł15, it will be customs charged.
I had not known that and was about about to send back the package without paying for customs and receiveing the deodorants and asked Native for a refund. Julia was really helpful and kind, answered my e-mail in 1 working day and offered to pay for the customs charge as a one time courtesy. I accepted this generous offer and got the deodorants. Lovely scents, my hubby and I both love them.
UK customers BEWARE of additional VAT & import costs!!!
I am a UK customer who ordered this product after hearing many rave reviews through the wellbeing podcast 'That's So Retrograde'.
I was a little sceptical at first that they were still offering free international shipping, particularly as their website makes no mention of additional VAT and import charges. So I ordered anyway, and to my frustration my parcel is being held pending payment of above mentioned charges that amount to almost the same as what I paid for the goods!
I have no idea whether or not the products work or not. and I'm not going to find out, because I refuse to continue paying the additional charges for future orders, so there really seems no point in even going ahead with the extra payment to release the goods!!
Native need to provide more information on shipping, customs and imports for international customers if they are going to boast about free international delivery! You should make customers aware so that they can make an informed decision before placing an order!

Do not buy any products from this company. Check their rating on the better business Bureau. It’s an F. You can’t get in touch with them unless you are buying something. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for 6 months. They never respond! No phone .#. My credit card company is now going after them.

Better Than Average
Good overall product. I use Rose + Lavender deodorant and it lasts about 12 hours, smells heavenly and has no harsh chemicals. Sun uses Coconut + Vanilla scent and it works well for him. We both love it until we sweat or the 12 hours is up, in that case we smell worse than if we had used nothing. This is our wintertime deodorant for sure, though!

I love their product but their lead times and customer service is average at best. Somehow the tracking pages that the customer sees and what they see are totally different and the customer is always wrong.

Had a good experience with them, ordered a kit of different soap and deodorant. When it arrived I didn't really like the smell which was a shame because the whole set was the same scent!
They let me have another one free of charge with a better scent.

I received "autorenew" and complained as I did NOT subscribe to it. Re[ported it to my credit card and bank for dispute...VERY DIFFICULT to contact company despite the "contact" link! Customer service SUCKS!
Customer service sucks. They got me with “Order now and receive a free travel sized deodorant with your order.” You guessed it: a) they didn’t send the travel size and b) are now not responding to my emails via customer service.
I ordered on January 15 and when at the end of ordering they offered a 3$ travel sized deodorant, I started to question if I would get my “free travel size” as advertised. So I sent an email right away to inquire. No response except an automated response.
I got my package on Feb 3, no free sample. So I wrote another email, automated response. Then I finally got a reply back, which asked “what “travel size code” I was trying to use?” I don’t know Janet, it was 2 weeks ago. As if I was lying or something.
If customer service had felt with my inquiry within a timely fashion and rectified the problem, I would not be upset. But I feel like they lured me in with a promise and then ignored me instead of just holding up their end of the bargain.
Now I don’t trust them.
Terrible customer service
I love the product, but their customer service sucks. I ordered on January 15th and still don't have my product 15 days later. There is no way to contact them except by email, which I have tried twice and they never responded to me except as an auto-reply.
Raw skin, and this expensive deodorant is in the bin!
I started using Native deodorant 4 months ago. To begin with I was very impressed; although expensive it smelled good and worked well as a deodorant. A month ago I started with a rash. It’s only now after researching and reading about the effect sodium bicarbonate can have that I realise that it is this product which has stripped the natural oils from my skin and caused all the discomfort I’m going through. Both deodorants are in the bin and I’m still nursing my tender raw and extremely itchy arm pits.
