Horrendous company to deal with, placed an order and was told 2-3 weeks delivery. Then from week 3 I got fobbed off week by week with the promise of delivery the following week. Then 6 weeks after the order was placed they said they couldn’t deliver the decking as they didn’t have any other orders close to me (I live in mainland Scotland) so they wouldn’t deliver just my order (that I paid a delivery fee for) and did I want to wait another 4-6 weeks in the hope that someone else will order. Over the 6 weeks I sent multiple emails that went unanswered. I would avoid at all costs if you live in Scotland as they’re certainly not “nationwide”
